I have a family of three that eats like a family of six. I double the meat and it has worked well.

Thank you so very much for recipes that do not include cream of soups. I'm trying keto recipes and low carb ones are the ones that have helped me lose 20 pounds without feeling like I'm missing out on what I like to eat. Your crockpot recipes fit beautifully into this way of eating and my health is better off for it. I didn't like the store brand of cream cheese I recently bought and don't want to throw it away so your salsa chicken recipe is a good way to use it up ❤ Also, I've had half a jar of salsa Verde sitting in my fridge, into the salsa chicken meal it goes! I actually have all the ingredients for that meal in my pantry right now. You are a doll. BTW, I look for freezer crockpot meals just for me (single here) as I love leftovers. Yayyy

Love crockpot freezer meals. I freeze mine in the crockpot liners and then put in crockpot. These meals come in so handy when we're working in the fields in the spring and fall.😊

I'm fairly new here and I've recently made up my mind to seriously trim our grocery budget and meal plan again. I get very tired some days and end up ordering delivery food a couple evenings a week; this week I said, "no more!" Last night I made 1 pot ground beef, spinach and orzo. Hubby, son and I LOVED it!!!! Tonight I'm fixing the chicken with spinach, ricotta and instead of tomato sauce I'll use Rao's tomato basil sauce. THANK YOU for these awesome recipes!!!!! May you have a blessed day. 🙏❤️🙏

Hi Amber- So glad I found your channel! You have reminded me to get going with freezer meals. We are two farm properties. My husband cooks dinner at the main farm week days for his brother. They need a full meal at lunch due to the heavy farm work. The crock pot really comes in handy! We raise grass fed beef, so there is that and boneless chicken is popular. I will go through your recipes for both our households. I want to get out more this year and freezer meals will give me that freedom. Thanks for all the work you put into your channel ~ Diane

These looked magnificent. I understand the purpose of this style as there are so many very busy people and families. When I was a single dad so many years, I made a commitment to make sure my kids had a hot meal every evening like I had growing up. God bless my mother's memory. I did use the crock pot a lot but I never thought of taking this step before. Great ideas. However, having said this, I would love to see the beef & broccoli as well as the meatball recipe cooked in person! 😋😋😋
Thank you for all you do and God bless your sweet heart.

I LOVE that you don't use chopped onion! I can't digest onion so I use onion powder too. My family and friends have adjusted to no chopped onion and love my food. I love watching your videos and have tried almost all of your recipes. I don't like cilantro either so I just leave that out.

Amber, as a homeschool family, I too take 1 day (grocery shopping day) to prepare frozen meals and cook meats ahead of time. It really has saved us from eating drive through expensive meals. Also it teaches my teens on how to save money and consume healthy food.
Thank you for sharing your recipes!

I truly enjoy your recipes because they are made with “better“ ingredients. I know that many people are on a budget and have to use Walmart and dollar tree brand products but those items have an awful lot of sodium and processed ingredients. If anyone gets upset about my comment, that is absolutely not my intention. Also, it makes me sad that we live in such a world that I have to add a disclaimer to my comment.

I grew up in Florida so I know all about losing power. It's VERY rare that happens where we live now, but I rotate through them enough that I am not worried about having too much in the freezer. Also, I am more concerned about the amount of meat we purchase ahead of time. We would rely on generators.

I’m obsessed with your crockpot, meals, freezer ahead meals. Here’s what I do too high. Just use the stems when I do crockpot because they give lots of flavor and I garnish it with the leaves after it’s done but either or is just as good. 🙂
