- Plain Omelette
Ingredients
1. Eggs - 3nos
2. Salt - to taste
3. Crushed pepper - ¼ tsp or to taste
4. Butter - ½” piece
Preparation
1. Break the eggs into a bowl & whisk adding half of the salt & pepper.
2. Heat the nonstick tawa rub the butter well over it & spread the whole egg mix from the edges towards the centre.
3. Cook only one side, taking care not to ever cook. Need not flip
4. Sprinkle salt & pepper to your taste again if need be & fold as shown.
Serve immediately .

There are people who think eggs are supposed to be cooked for long til is hard and rubbery or else it's undercooked and raw...
I even knw people who hates bulls eye / sunny side up eggs for that reason...
But perfectly cooked eggs are really delicious and out of this world....
Only few people does that correctly...
Some even say if you cook tasty eggs..

Same applies for shrimps/prawns as well... usually people cook it for very long and makes it rubbery. But it is not supposed to cook more than few minutes !
