I had bought Indica Xeta GLS in April 2006, and drove it for few years. It is a gem of a car: very well built, sturdy, powerful and neatly designed. Ride quality compares with that of a sedan, though fuel efficiency is not high. Along with a driver, once we drove it from Udaipur to Mumbai (~ 750 km) in a day, and I was feeling totally fresh after the journey. As Xeta car slogan put it, 'Cure for a small car'! It indeed was a big car, packaged small !

These vehicles are very expensive in srilanka. 2006/2007 models are around 1200000 rupees.(500000 indian rupees) You can sell them to srilanka as parts and get more bugs than selling it in india.

@@car_school you can send it to srilanka as spare parts by a company. Remember you cannot send whole car to srilanka. But you can send all parts to srilanka and make a big profit. At the moment we don't have enough spare parts for tata cars in srilanka.

If you want to install cng in car than best will be petrol varient otherwise diesel version is good but before buying should check car should be in good condition , no extra sound in engine and everything should be working properly price around 40-55k depend upon condition

Can anybody tell me is there any difference between V2 and GLX xeta? In srilanka I have found some cars which registered in 2007. Some cars have only indica badge and some cars have glx xeta badge. Are these cars same?
Brother v2 is diesel engine and xeta is petrol engine of indica
Thanks for the reply.In here all indica cars are patrol cars. Diesel version is not available here. So its complicated for me. There is a version with indica badge, and anther version with v2 badge, and another car with glx xeta badge. So I am confused what to buy and what is best. Please note these all cars are patrol cars which were registered in 2007 in srilanka.
