I used rose absolute essential oil, just a touch for a bit of extra scent. Apparently it can be used in small amounts on the skin! But always best to do a patch test beforehand to make sure :)
I keep mine in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I spray it quite frequently so I usually use it up by then :) If you want to preserve it longer, you can add a bit of alcohol but I prefer not to!

To be honest, I'm not sure! I've never used witch hazel before, although I can imagine it would be good in something like this!

Geranium, lavender, tea tree, yarrow Pom, frankincense, ylang ylang, rose although that oil is over $100 if purchased pure

Yes u can add vit e but vit e is anti oxidant not a preservatives

Yes it just doesn't keep as long as when in the fridge, but if it's not too warm it should keep for a while! :)

Emily Lightly Rosemary and Vitamin E Oil are also useful to preserve the product
