Ap ka rate bht ziada hai brother...
From 900 to 1000 rupees per running feet is the best rate for precast boundary wall...
This rate i.e Rs. 1500/RFT is best suitable for brick wall but not for precast wall

Brickwork rates are above than Rs.2000 per running feet in Lahore qnd and Islamabad. For the remaining areas it depends on the rate of bricks

GI sheets roofing is old and now a day expensive so can you make other cheaper ways of roofing spacialy in gilgit

This is not GI sheet. It is ppgi sheets. Also this is the cheapest material available. Other options are costly
