Are you able to talk about Polycystic Kidney, Liver Disease PKD & PLD. If say you change pkd mutation, will it correct the other things that come with that disease? Like anuersyms, vascular issues, lack of fasicia. Also if you fix pkd in one treatment can you fix pld in a seperate treatment after. Is there and option to rebuild damaged pkd kidney after gene therapy with naked dna?
