Looks like a couple of fun trips. I grew up in Long Island and usually spend a week every June or September to fish with my nephew. I missed that trip this summer. Why not bleed the bluefish? They definitely taste better when this is done. If you put them on a stringer before you cut the gills and hang them in the water the boat also stays cleaner. After they bleed out move them to the fish box with the ice.
