The Ellies: Michael Richards Award 2023

Margarita Cano, a Cuban-American artist, curator and scholar, known for launching Miami-Dade Public Libraries' art collection, won the 2023 Michael Richards Award as part of The Ellies, Miami’s Visual Arts Awards. The honor is given to an artist who has reached the highest levels of professional distinction while giving back to the community.
