Respect for knowing how to treat a 2 smoker. What i mean is i noticed you were revving it as the rpms were decreasing, that's crucial to keep the engine lubricated. Especially when the rpms are that high.
Actually opposite! funny the reason he was rev blipping it was to keep the carburetor from loading up on fuel! if he did NOT rev blip it & just let the RPMs drop with the gear the atomizing air & gass would be traveling slower which would have more time to lubricate also causing more oil residual buildup in the bottom end .all in which lubricating your bottom end more! This also is why when you finally do blip the throttle after dropping RPMs with a gear , or long downhill it blows one big smoke cloud to clear out then back to normal puff! The only reason he was rev bliping it was keep the motor cleared out an ready for next pull!
@@kevingabas9042 Sure, but we need some torque for motocross application. A motocross rider isn't going to hold the motor at 14k+ rpm. Those derbi are definitely clutch burners.
Ok, it´s good to notice, that a horse actually has 24hp... When the industrial revolution in England begann, sellers tried to sell the newly invented steam-engines with very questionable marketing: To showcase how powerfull they were, they compared them with smaller and even smaller horses, with time, and finally, with the tiniest ponies in existence... This last degree of cheating became the default comparison, valid till today. Those tiny ponies were hardly stronger than a strong human (with their 746Watt, that every semi-professsonal cyclist manages with his legs)...
@@TopRevs That´s why there isn´t any working-horses today. Back then, working horses were the vast majority of them, while they hardly exist nowadays... But at this timepoint, I cannot follow anymore, where my information comes from, and if my source was reliable... You, on the other side, compare the "average" of today, with the strongest working-horses of back then... Or do you think, back then, they used an "average" horse for hard work? No, they used only the strongest ones, since survival was at stake...
stock head, aftermarket pipe - 17.4, with VHM head, 18.0 but unclear which VHM head as they make 7.2, 7.0, and 6.8cc heads. 7.0 is stock size. Likely this is 7.2cc head because they say it gives more overrev.
No the oem pipe is black like the one in the videos. Fmf gytr is silver also oem. Pro circuit is silver as well. The silencer is unseen because it was in conduit
maxroko237 They aren’t trying to hide it. It says right on the bottom of the dyno sheet that it has the HGS exhaust. They compared stock head with exhaust to VHM head insert with exhaust. The gain is around 0.7 hp peak and it makes more hp throughout the entire rpm range. Not bad I’d say. A 4% increase in power on a 65 for roughly $230 worth of bolt on parts is pretty cost effective.

Your so thick you only rev when you drop down a gear and occasionally when bike is idling

Isnt it true though that you dont ever want a 2 stroke at high rpms with no throttle load?

What kind of figure you have? Is it the same bottom engine that the tz50?
Hi! We have not seen the TZ50 crankcase, but the crankcase looks like the YZ85 2019 modelyear
Do you make cylinders for these tz50 (3xm) 89-90 model?
