Just visited the DC in Charlotte last week, and picked up a few parts while I was there. I really like the way they operate. Thanks for the video tour!
Amain Hobbies ! They have a awesome support team via billing issue's or parts on your RC car ! they are differently there for you they pretty far away from me but dealing with them feels like your Local Hobby Store.
Agreed. We did talk about the Customer Support and how they have a dual-team for different time zones. Kendall feels CS is one of their greatest assets.
The primary cause of the decline in the hobby is the emergence of major online retailers and the lack of reinvestment in local tracks in major cities. This has led to a shift in consumer preferences towards bashers and rock crawlers, which do not require a local racetrack
We'd agree partially to that, sure. Racing has never been more than 5% of the entire industry - it requires ALOT more work (with a little less fun if you're getting beat all the time) and 'can't be run without top-of-the-line equipment', or so people are told. However, like the real car industry, racing fuels the next generation of bashers, so we kind of need it around.
You guy's are lucky to have such a great venue.
Ya, a bit far for us to travel (about 7 hours) but definitely worth the visit!

Of course. It really was an amazing look at how they operate. Did you catch that 'one day we'll have a track' comment??? LOL
@@Competitionx sure did, and definitely will be watching for it to happen.
Just ordered a plane from there, due tomorrow!😊
Nice. We're kinda interested in getting into planes - big park across the street from my house. Might just snatch one up from AMain!
Nice video. So when is the track in Charlotte gonna be built?... I heard him say it.
hahaha
Oh, it's probably already in the planning stage!!!
