One thing --> stronger the demon, longer it takes for them to turn to ashes, so 12 moons take way longer than normal demons to turn to dust even after getting killed.
Also no demon retains their human memories after turning into a demon, that is why we see them remembering when they die. So a very bad demon might have been a very very good person as a human but doesn't remember and just survives on instinct to eat humans and serve muzan. Although some stronger Demons show that they can remember fragments but these fragments are so small to resemble anything important or for them to even understand what the memory actually was, so in layman's terms they don't remember their human lives.
There are two Demons that do remember. That is all I will say.

Just finished your reaction. PLEASE don't watch the Mugen Train movie! PLEASE watch the actual Mugen Train episodes. It has more story and a lot more of Rengoku. It's SO much better than the movie. I think watching the episodes gets you more attached to Rengoku and makes the reactions so much better throughout and at the end. Also, the good thing about the episodes is you can still just watch it all at once just like you would a movie because it's pretty much the same length as a movie anyway.
if you noticed water breathing has only ten form at least master orokodaki teach ten form to Tanjiro but Giyu used eleventh form

There r no rankings for hashiras, those r all fan-made, author Never officially ranked hashiras except for physical strength and Speed.
for the muguen train arc i recommend watching the movie instead of the episodes the movie is way better.
Officially Giyuu is ranked 5th in Hashira strength, there are four Hashiras who are stronger than him.
But is strength the only thing that really matters? Up for debate!!!
physical strength yes, overall power he is 3rd, M and O are much much weaker with no feats, they just have blind fanboys. Giyu even stalemates number 2 without even trying but toxic O / M fanboys just ignore that.
Btw eleventh form is giyu moving so fast we don't even see him cutting and blocking all the attacks, VERY MINOR SPOILER -> Giyu is able to block muzan's attacks later the same muzan who can make quick work of all hashiras combined and people still keep saying M is stronger even though he got 1 shotted by a demon weaker than muzan.

1. Gyomei ( blind guy)
2. Tengen ( sound hashira)
3. Giyu/sanemi/ Rengoku/ Mitsuri
4. Muichiro ( mist)
5. Obanai ( serpant hashira)
6. Shinobu ( insect hashira)
Giyu is overall ranked 2nd along wiith sanemi

@@SlayReactionsnot really the butterfly girl is weakest in terms of strength as that demon also said, but she could defeat the mist hashira ( 14 yo guy) without mark as she is fast asf and ranked high in terms of speed.
