Rest in Peace Mr. Margolis, you may be gone but your brilliant performance as Hector Salamanca in BCS and BB will continue to live on in your memory. 🕊 (1939 - 2023)
This blew my mind the first time I watched it. Watching him walk out of there alive made me think "how the hell is he alive" and then I saw his face and I was shocked
Ya. It's because that's one characteristics of chickens. Chicken can still walk even their head has been cut off. He's the chicken master, los pollos, remember
Hectors character in real life is a great dude. Very likable. So is the character on better call Saul, Lalo Salamanca, Tony Dalton, Mexican American, however, was born mostly in Deerfield, Massachusetts, then moved down south during his 20s I believe. Lalo was mainly born and raised in Massachusetts most of his life I believe.
No that wouldn’t make sense, if Hector bleeds then blood splatter should be all over the ceiling, since the source of the explosion is underneath the wheelchair.
Wasn’t the actor for Hector in the movie Scarface when he was younger? The scene where his character wants to blow up a car and Tony shoots him in the head because there’s little kids in the car. Edit: I just searched it up, it is him😁 Alberto “The Shadow” from Scarface.
The fact that hector is given the possibility to survive the pipe bomb while gus' face is blown off is kinda funny to me. Especially since he is the one directly above the bomb like he was a gmod character before detonating it.
Personal headcannon is that Hector gets blasted through a window, falls into a car and proceeds to drive off into the distance while Bad To The Bone starts playing.
Excuse my Freudian slip. October baseball is in full swing.
Last chance to look at me Hector… before I clobber a 3 run BOMB!!!

I will never forget this scene. Gus screams seconds before the explosion but the way he did it 😂
We actually don’t know what take they used for gusses death
they said in bts of face off that they used the 19th take
The moment when Hector WAS STANDING, and besides, next to Heisenberg and Gus, is just fantastic
when i saw this, i was like "HE WAS A ROBOT THE WHOLE TIME???" and then he died and i felt stupid
