This looks like a nice place to visit. I just used Google and figured out Namdar owns this. Hoping they don't ruin another shopping mall.
It's sad that a lot of malls are closing down now. I remember back in the middle 2000s growing up where everyone in my generation would go there after high school.

Did it have less stores than the last time you visited? I've heard River Oaks isn't doing too good.
Seem to have the same amount of stores as it did 5 years ago
I remember when it got remodeled in 1994
