What can you do if airport staff lose your luggage?

I usually don't check my baggage so I'm not familiar (luckily) with this situation even though a fly regularly. Sorry to hear that happened! Hope you can find a solution soon.

Most airports have a lost and found section. Maybe you need to ask the information desk in that airport about it. Unless your package was taken by someone else you can usually find it there. You got to ask about it quickly because they might not keep them for long. Also try contacting the Arline itself. Hope you find your package!
