I have gone thru the entire process but after the factory reset, I am still being told to "login in to an owners Google account in use on this phone when it was last reset. Because I havent done so, you have to set up the phone again." I have tried to go and enable the find my device but it doesn't show up. What do I do? Please help!!
Idk what I'm doing wrong here, but beginning somewhere after the 2:04 timestamp, the video shows the instructor accessing the "Global Context Screen" simply by swiping with a single finger from the top of the screen to the bottom. This is definitely NOT appearing for me. I've paused the video and tried this step repeatedly and this magical screen never appears. I am effectively stuck at step 4 or 5 and my phone is about as useful as a paperweight at this point. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or reveal to me the magical key combination or swipe/gesture that will result in the "Global Context Screen" appearing for me? Thanks in advance for anyone able to help me out!! (I feel like I shouldn't be struggling with this, I've watched the video a few times, it appears to be pretty straightforward. I don't claim to be all knowing as this is definitely not my area of expertise, however I am capable of following simple, well laid out steps yet for some reason I'm walking away feeling like a complete dumbass and that I'm missing something totally obvious...🙄 Help!)
I have the same phone. I can't figure out how to clean up the cache without deleting apps. I like the loud speaker. When I record with a microphone, I must turn down the volume otherwise, the recording gets an annoying echo.
VT, I have the xt1920DL , it has no name as far as I can determine, or does it? ...also , would this app work for my phone? I do NOT want to use googles gmai on my phone, I just want to be able to send emails, I use my laptop for receiving emails, phone just for receiving texts.
My phone keeps saying connected but no internet access. So I'm not able to bypass. Can someone help me? Fyi I do not have access to a computer. How can I get wifi to work?
New moto 5 here, my issue is that I resent being forced by Motorola to use Gmail. Google has the ability to shut anyone down on all platforms that it controls, on a whim, to protect its political interests, very dangerous. I get that milllions love gmail, and I have a gmail acct , but definitely do not want another one on this additional device.
