@@marshaebrooks5783 it's been a while since I worked on this, but I found a solution, you have to enable find my phone in settings, and from there you can remotely factory wipe the phone from your Google account
@@alienjr. I know exactly what you are talking about but after I download the software, I still cannot get in to get to the setting. Is there another way.
@@marshaebrooks5783 try searching YT for "Moto G7 | G7Plus | G7Power | G7Play FRP/Google Lock Bypass Android 9 WITHOUT PC" (first result) and follow along with the tutorial, it should help you, there's also another link mentioned here in the comments that might help you, it's an alternative method, but it might do the trick as well.
Dude that is WAY too complicated for me. Wish I could borrow you for a day or so. I hate this stupid phone. Isn't there a more simple way for us non-tech people? I don't want this phone to have access to my Gmail account.; leaves my date too vulnerable. I have never needed a Google password on my laptop unless they are talking about my Gmail password. Weird.

There is no Text To Speech Settings on the Moto G7.
I don't know what it is, but, everytime something cock blocks me I've got a simple moto E5 Play XT 1921-6 So this time when I try to activate talk Back Settings a text box comes up and says " Because an app is obscuring a permission request. Settings can't verify your responses. this occurs at approx.:49 :50 sec.. Should anyone have a solution to this please let me know here. I would be eternally grateful
