Paul is such a wholesome and lovely guy, please invite him to more of your podcasts.
Love Paul, please do a big round table with Paul, flex, Ricco, Chris and Milos.🙏
And Lee
Dont forget Dorian 💪
And Kevin Levrone, it would be so awesome! Just don't invite Shawn Ray 😂🤣😂🤣
@@yashara2283not lee. He will just take over the conversation and make everything about himself.
Paul Dillette the most impressive physique in history when just standing still and from the front of all time. The man looked more jacked than an anime character.
Should have let Paul talk more and ask him about his business.
PAUL DILLETT had legit 24" biceps.
Off season.
He looked awful. Its not just about size. Its got to flow and be in proportion. And these guys today just dont have it. Sergio remains the greatest there ever was..
@@fender1000100 For massmonster, he had great proportions. But in general, I agree. The 1970-80s had the most aesthetic bodybuilders. Serge Nubret, Bertil Fox...
@@vanh-louisferdinandceline2395
Yeah don't know what happened to Bertil Fox. He must have had a serious bout of roid rage. Ended up killing two women.
Top 3 Episode
#1 - Dorian demolishing Milos
#2 - Flex and Rico episode
#3 - Paul Dillett Revived
Bro this new Rich gaspari was insane
Those are definitely all good but check out the Dennis Newman and Dave Palumbo one! Really good 👌🏼
Nice to see Paul, he is more humble than I ever imagine, he is one of the greats. Dope podcast as usual.
Another Great Podcast! Always good! My favorite!
Love to see Lee Priest and Paul on at the same time.
i agree!
Joe Rogan needs to get milos on his podcast
YES!!!
What a great podcast! I have never gotten such insight into who Paul Dillett is as an individual and he is so funny! You should definitely bring him on the podcast again
Finally big Paul on a podcast, my most favourite physique of all time, thanks Dennis
Same hedge if I could have one bodybuilders body, Paul’s would be it
Chris and Milos interrupting Paul with some bs when Paul is at the climax of a story made it difficult to listen for me. Also you should have asked him about his buisness and let the guy talk more..
Milo's does it in a lot of interviews
Look at Milo's face when Paul says "that was when we all started to experience with insulin" 😅
What a great podcast 😊, hearing Big Paul bring up so many great memories, got to meet him at a guest posing real nice guy big as hell , I didn’t realize he was that close to Chris , thanks again !!! SR.
I love how bodybuilding is one of the only things in life that brings our different yet same cultures together with no negativity or bs woke crap involved. It’s one of the last places we have to escape life and relax thanks for the pod cast
Because, you earn every inch in bodybuilding. A weak mentality is a failing mentality
I don't know where you're getting the the no negativity thing from, bbing has more drama than Real Housewives.
@@IDiggPattyMayonnaise that's Men's Physique 😂🤣
Well said
finally you get big Paul
Fouad has never gotten him on either which is odd considering he's the GOAT Canadian bodybuilder.
Love Chris but sometimes when he starts trying to explain something, he hasn't a clue what he's trying to say, it's like he's commenting on a totally different subject but then mixing two different explanations into one, christ, I'm even confused trying to explain it 🤣🤣🤣
Finally the original Dino, Jurassic Paul Dillet. A interview with him is really rare these days. Good job Guys!! The “old school” guys have better and entertaining stories than the social media guys of today😂
I love Paul and Chris....I could listen and laugh with them all day 😂😂😂😂
Paul is such a soft spoken gentleman. Thank you guys for this podcast! Fan from day 1!
Great story by Chris about that Noth American! Time out!🤣🤣Its amazing how Paul is healthy when so many pros from that era are not or they are gone. He was certainly a freak, but he needs to look at the photos of Labradas back at that Ironman in 93.
Paul??? Hell yes!!
Get Paul and Lee on together, would love to hear stories from back in the day living together
dillett's stories are way better than milos'
I trained with Paul Dillett at Golds Gym Sunrise FL before he moved to So. Cal. Still the Freakiest of the Freaks to this day.
Paul looks really healthy and youthful. He's a guy I would've assumed would be in bad shape by now.
No, not at all, he looks weird to me …
He downsized immediately, never held onto the muscle
@@Anastasiaifbbhe Just aged, nothing weird about it.
Yea, all these guys are pushing 60 and all alive and well not dead from the “roids” I see these idiots say on TH-cam comments section
I see someone say roids and know right away they know nothing about it
how many 300lbers are alive at 60+ He was smart
Let me dude Paul finish his stories!
Paul dillet my favorite bodybuilder of all time
As soon as paul is at the climax of the story....
Chris starts blabbing about some b.s. cmon maaaaannm..still watching
I know right?
Need more Paul in the future. Good to see him again.
I wish you guys brought up on Paul starting the WBFF
Another podcast with the OG'S !! 🎉🎉🎉
That's how you retire with class and being smart. The guy has nothing to prove by staying big into later life, and to see him skinny and healthy by fasting and taking care of himself is awesome.
No judgement on those who still like to be big well into their 50's/60's, you do you, but at some point you just have to 'let it go' and focus on a long and happy life!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Chris be throwing them off all the time with the wrong years
Paul dillet.. legend... all four really
Great podcast Thank you
Was worth the wait , great episode. guys. Awesome seeing Paul happy and healthy in life . Happy New Year guys and can’t wait for my shows in 24🎉
I was at the Arnold Classic when Paul had the cramping issue. We were sitting in the same row as Flex Wheeler and Shawn Ray. When Paul locked up Flex was yelling "Fight it baby, fight it". If Paul wouldn't have had issues he would have won the show. It was scary when they carried a locked up Paul off stage.
Milo's face when they said insulin 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Awesome show! Great to see and hear from Paul! He was and is one of my all time favorite bodybuilders from back in the day. Glad he's doing well. Happy New Year gentlemen. Cheers.
I was expecting them to respectfully ask Paul why he wasn't that good at posing (not just back double biceps but in general). Also was expecting Paul to explain in detail why he had trouble doing the bdb when they mentioned it. I've heard that he has asthma and had shoulder problems from playing football in Canada. I always assumed these things held him back somewhat but I could be wrong. But anyways great podcast as usual. Been waiting a long time to hear from the freakiest bodybuilder of the 90s.
Ve paul on again, but let him tell his story... Its cool watching you all excited though.
This was a great show I love listening to all the old stories. I would have loved experiencing them first hand like yall .💪🏽
fantastic round table with Paul presence ... he is a legend from the golden era . we 90s guys grew up with these legends. and of course milos and chris and denis and other big names in bodybuilding history ... thats mesmerizing how many legends can come out from a decade back then !
Very entertaining podcast Gentlemen! Great to see and hear from big Paul, fellow Canuck!
I remember an article in Robert Kennedy’s Musclemag. I think a backstage report about the Arnold Classic. A picture of paul wearing a white tight t-shirt.
Unbelievable !! What a sight. This was a great one guys. We love your stories !! Thx team, made my week ! Hiding the protan 🤣😂
One of my all-time favorites! The real Frankenstein
Paul Dillet is definitely one of my all time favorite Mass Monsters...a Freak of Nature...Amazing...
I saw Dillet next to Dorian @ 97 British Grand Prix & they were comparable sizes ! Happy New Year. Big love, kindest regards, Richard U.K
Richard the legend
@@BillyTheCheeseMonger Hey, Paul was incredible back in the day. Hope you are well ?
it was a wholesome conversation. thanks to everyone putting effort to bring this podcast to us ♡
Great podcast, was so good to see Paul on , and some of the stories are hilarious 😂, hope he's back again soon 👍👍
Paul probably had the best genetic structure of all time
Great fucking episode!!
Great podcast. Enjoyed listening to the stories!
Finally!!! Been waiting for Paul
Happy New Year. Great to see Paul doing this type of stuff. If you have too many guys on for the 300th episode, it will be like an old school Olympia press conference.
Please bring Shawn Ray on the Podcast 🙏🏾🙏🏾... we would really like to hear some of his stories 😃
Really enjoyed this. It would be great to have Paul on regularly
This was so great.
🙏🙏🥳💪🙏🙏
Finally someone has the brains to get Paul on a podcast
God bless you all guys !!! Those days were MY days !!!! I remember all those contests you’re speaking about and hearing all your stories make my day !!!!
Omg I'm halfway through and dying laughing over Chris telling Paul stories. Absolutely great show guys !!! 👍🏾
I think we need more Paul’s in the world! How placid can you get haha! Yet be a complete monster in the gym and on stage lol
This really saved my workout thanks guys 😊🎉
Paul is a legend. The best guest ever.
Paul what a great Champion and what a humble man!
Paul is legendary, the freak of all freaks, more with him! He's an awesome and interesting dude, great episode!
Paul’s always been my favourite physique
All the guys stories are so hilarious. Makes you wish you could have been along for the ride with them, you can tell how much they loved those times. Fantastic podcast 👏
Genetic marvel paul was
Hey Dennis wikipedia has you winning the Olympia in 2003. It say's "best win 2003 Olympia", maybe they should have said best placing.
wooooooooooooweeeeeeeee! Happy new year fellows!
So nice that Paul got in to this Podcast. I think this is the first time i have heard his storys from back in the days.
One of the freakish guys to grace the stage.true legend and under rated
“ it’s good to be back with the boys “ 💪🏽🔥
What a great guy Paul. Great episode.
...and I thought that Ronnie Coleman's body doesn't match his voice!! 😅😅😅
I never thought that Paul would sound so soft spoken, refined and polite!
Great guest!
So good to the Paul :-) I was hoping you would get him on the show! One of the few who could compete gead to head with Ronnie if he had nailed down the posing but did he not battle some shoulder problems and that was one of the reasons why he was not able to show how insane his lats were!
Great episode. Paul Dillet was on our gym wall.
Miss Paul. Crazy body. Keep him on Please.
Wyndmoor PA USA ❤😊
love these guys!
Thank you for bringing the sports leyends and veterans as that’s the best accomplishment while they are still alive !!
Great Podcast. Great to see Paul Dillett on the show, it's been a long time coming. I've always considered the '90s the golden age of bodybuilding because the quality and presentation of physiques were head and shoulders above what we see today. I don't know whether it's the increase use of drugs or simply the sport has just lost its way, but either way the IFBB needs to get the sport back to a place where we're seeing and judging athletes on balance of size, muscularity, and symmetry. I do agree with Dennis that we knew the top 10 placings at the 90s Olympia because the physiques were so good. Nowadays it hard to remember the placings after 4th! You guys are great. Keep up the great work, and try to have more 90s bodybuilders on the podcast because I like to here the stories.
One of my favourite guests so far. Next time with Paul and Lee Priest could be even better, I think they were pretty close and lived together for some time.
Paul and Chris need to write a book of them coming up together.
More Paul!!
Let’s get it💪💪💪
Chris said " SO WHAT!! ...(you deserved the hate for the contract) 🤣🤣 Paul is terrific guest!
Great podcast love hearing these old stories i used to get phone calls from Ed Connors asking me to come to America i had no idea at the time who he was
Chia really knows how to shit on a flow of a podcast:(😢
Wow can’t wait for this I don’t see much off dillett
Cool.
Next time it would be interesting to have Lee Priest on with Paul Dillett. I think they'd have some funny shit on each other to tell👍
Hell ya, this is awesome
THIS PODCAST HAD ME IN TEARS.
I WAS LAUGHING SO HARD I WAS WEAK 😅😅😅
i remember Paul Dillett from the magazines..so big and those vains..so fun to see him in a real podcast, and see he is a normal and kind person.. imagine being a young fitness/bodybuilder growing up today, being able to watch youtube videos, vlogs and podcast of their heroes everyday....not just magazines, believing everyone got big by eating twinlab supps and 3x10 programs ...Good Job Dennis, you are a great host.
Finally! Paul Dillett!! 😎
Finally...!!
It's a shame we never got to see Paul finish a show at his best ever like that Arnold classic. I'll never forget seeing him in Gold's Venice walking in spandex a couple weeks before that Arnold Classic he was absolutely skinned! I would love to hear if Milo's thinks the reason he didn't get thick enough to win more big shows was because of drugs or training style because he certainly had the structure to do better.🤔🤔
I’m Paul needs to be on social media he could grow a large channel id like to see him do natural bodybuilding and collabs with other bodybuilders I would watch it
Dillet Paul was a monster
I died when Dennis started laughing at Paul’s story I can’t hahaha
