      It's become awfully trendy these days to claim one has "escaped" the matrix or "cracked the code". Truth be told we are all living in the Matrix, but some of us are just not "part" of it and have chosen to reject it. Andrew Tate is far from rejecting it.

      It came about due to idiotic laws in most of the world, when women were forced to marry, so chads were taken immediatly, and most women were forced to get together with uglies. Andrew Tate is definitely a permanent addition to the Matrix :D I don't see him getting outside any soon, and the events that took place for him in Romania definitely proves without a shadow of a doubt that the Matrix has got him locked down! I h8 when Influencers, especially ones by Xtianity or New Age Ideas try to claim that the universe gives them "everything". It's a religious belief, but the reality is completely different around us. I see this reality as a barren desert! I don't know why this didn't occur to me before when watching Tate's videos, but h3 seems to be almost completely ANTI-FUN! H3 LITERALLY lives off of stress and lives FOR stress.

    Hey Goatis, the Tate's have mentioned that they grew up in poverty and that they struggled with food growing up. They even talk about getting KFC leftovers just for protein. Tate's father was 6ft 3 and Andrew has been blessed with that height as well. His brother seems to have better genetics though. It's a perfect example of what you've been preaching. You can have great genetics from your ancestors but if you are not getting high quality food, your looks and features will suffer.

    Anyone who puts on the boxing gloves and goes punch things or goes lift weights is really just fighting their insecurites. Thats all hes fighting with really, his own insecurities. Its a never ending battle. You'll notice that these "tough guys" are the most insecure men you'll ever meet. Everything about them is fight or battle, guns, lifting weights, arguments, aggression, violence it all stems from their daily battle with insecurities. Violence occurs in nature of course but it's not from a place of anger, stress, and insecurity. You kill an animal to eat and survive. It's like a game and makes you feel good and happy not stressed and angry. At the end of the day everyone just wants peace, happiness, and to give and receive love. Its what trully makes you feel good and its the point of life.

Improving my deadlift helps moving furniture and other physical labour. Pull-ups help strengthen my arms for reeling in large fish to eat. Ever go hunting? A zercher squat absolutely help lifting up a dead animal you just killed to skin and field dress. Good luck defending your self without knowing some combat sports, since all our governments in the west basically are making weapons illegal. The word politics comes from Greek, not Latin. It’s formed by analogy with Aristotle’s τά πολῑτῐκᾱ́ (tá polītikā́, “affairs of state”), has nothing to do with a mask. Maybe you thought of 'polite', which is derived from the Latin verb 'polire' meaning 'polished' or 'smoothed'.

      @@GoatisReviews As you probably know, Greek predates Latin, and the Romans borrowed heavily from Greek culture, so I’m very interested to understand how you see that the origin is Latin. When it comes to prosopon and politics, the Greek roots are quite recognizable. Latin has entirely different terms for these ideas, like facies for "face" and res publica for state-related matters. I’d still love to hear more about how you see the connection. Always interesting to explore different perspectives! Could you point me toward where this idea comes from?

It could be that all of the hundreds of thousands of words that are used came from about a few hundred different sounds. Theres one tribe I heard about who makes noises instead of using words, but thats only while theyre hunting. Ive heard women invented complex speech to use for gossiping and staying safe. One study found 80% of what people talked about in restaurants involved gossiping.

    For example I know that hadza hunters walk a lot at a relatively fast pace (6 km/h) and occasionally make intense efforts like sprints and sometimes climb trees.

      @@GoatisReviewsbro these studies say that physical exercise is harmful only if performed excessively, such as marathons. and they say that exercise, in the recommended doses, without exaggerating, is beneficial for health. In fact, I saw a talk by James Steele on TH-cam who says that hunter gatherers, like the Hadza, who still have a natural lifestyle, walk a lot and occasionally do high intensity physical activity (such as sprints), to which James Steele attributes their excellent health (and probably also to diet). So if the studies you shared say that exercise within the right doses is beneficial for health, why do you say that exercise is bad?... just don't overdo it and do natural exercises like sprinting on the grass. I would be happy if you answer, I would really like to understand what is best for my healt.

      @GoatisReviews  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @arcane590 1) Some of them talk about excessive exercise, which means that exercise is bad in general. It's not as if you can do something that's good for you excessively and then it becomes bad.
      2) The meta-analysis is about exercise in general and some of the others too, which show that it reduces your lifespan.
      3) The Hadza don't live naturally anymore for a while already and if they exert themselves and reduce their lifespan then why would you imitate something that's bad for you?
      4) None of them say that it's beneficial for your health.

    • @arcane590
      @arcane590 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@GoatisReviewsThanks for the reply but there's still something unclear: the first study you sent states that exercise is harmful if excessive and that in the recommended doses it is beneficial... I will report here some sentences from the first study you sent:
      "Maximal risk reduction for all-cause mortality occurred at an exercise volume of 3 to 5 times current exercise recommendations (hazard ratio [HR]: 0.61, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.59-0.62). Individuals performing physical activity at a volume ≥ 10 times current exercise recommendations had a lower mortality risk (HR: 0.69, 95% CI: 0.59-0.78) compared to the inactive reference group, but health benefits in the most active group were smaller compared to the optimal exercise volume group (31% vs. 39% risk reduction)."
      "These findings suggest that the relationship between physical activity and incident AF is best summarized by a reverse J-shaped curve. Light-to-moderate amounts of exercise decrease, but larger volumes of exercise potentially increasing the risk of AF"
      "Individuals in the high physical activity group had a substantially reduced risk for all-cause mortality (HR: 0.65, 95% CI: 0.68-0.77) and major CVD (HR: 0.75, 95% CI: 0.69-0.82) compared to the low physical activity group. Recreational physical activity at ~ 112 min/week yielded the largest risk reductions for the combined endpoint of mortality and major CVD (HR: 0.89, 95% CI: 0.82-0.95), but these significant health benefits were lost at physical activity volumes above 255 min/week."
      "Regular physical activity and exercise training are associated with a reduction of selected CVD risk factors, including lipid levels [17], blood pressure [18], and inflammation [19]."
      and this is only in the first study you sent... if you want I'll also report the parts of the other studies that state that physical exercise within the recommended doses is beneficial.
      I would really like to know why you continue to claim that exercise is harmful (I'm not a hater, I just want to understand your point of view and understand what's better for my healt)
