Do you get a list of all the available lakefront properties for sale? When I'm ready to purchase i will only be looking for lakefront. Lake Minnetonka, Shady Oak Lake in Hopkins, Christmas lake in Chanhannsen, etc. I've been looking in Trulia but almost all the available properties have horrible closed off layouts, very old school, no great rooms.

You should look into the Otsego Mansion. 17800 NE River Rd, Otsego, MN 55330

Or the interest rate hikes by the Federal reserve in 2022. Maybe they wanted to sell before rising interest rates caused house prices to fall

Must be a few in Edina.

Most are around Lake Minnetonka. Orno has the most! I was surprised to see none in Edina

Edina is not very desirable anymore! Next to City Of Minneapolis and is getting more of their inflows into Edina!😂

just so ya know, KG is who sold the house, he owned it since 2006, until it's sale in October 2022.

Huh. I had though he had sold it a few years back. Man I miss KG on the wolves! Was good to see him go and win it all with the Celtics though

*All of these last sold in 2022. Coincidence? (Or were a bunch of MN pro athletes traded that year?)*

I have always liked the Summit area in St. Paul, my aunt and uncle lived near there for many years. I'm sure now it's all crime-ridden now but it sure was nice before the Twinn Cities turned to shit!!!

I would live in the Summit area in a heartbeat! Crime is far less than in most states. Only 13 states are safer than MN

@@MN_Best_Real_Estate But the crime in the Twin Cities is through the roof, not in the rest of the state. You realtors are something else!!!

@@zell863 Do you know the Laural Avenue area? My mother's sister's family lived there for about 60 years. The first time I was there was in 1966 and back then Laural was a tree-lined street before they took all the trees out and it was so nice, I just loved it!! The people were all so nice in that neighborhood and I always said I would move there someday. Today Minnesota has turned into California want to be state !! I have lived in California all my life over 70 years and liberalism has ruined this once great state!!
