So I know I could sell it for more than I owe on the vehicle. But now there’s no point because at best I’ll only make a couple grand so it’s just not worth it for me and when I used to sell cars I know how the dealers treat people selling their cars so I was going to do a private party sale but at this point I’m just over it because I’ll just drive the heck out of it and keep my brand new car under lock and key so when I really need it I’ll essentially have a brand new car. It came to me as a surprise because I guess I misunderstood. I had a three-year lease, and then when we decided to pay the residual to own the vehicle, I remember I was told it’s gonna be five years, so I for some reason thought that meant five years total. I don’t know what I was thinking, especially someone who was really good at selling cars for years. But it was just a huge misunderstanding. I thought this December I was going to be paid off. But I didn’t really do much investigating. I just assumed that the five years worth of payments that I’ve made pretty much was close to the cost of the vehicle so I didn’t even think about it but I had a huge rude awakening lol. And the Harley dealership found my motorcycle today so they’ve had it almost a month just to do a regular service and they haven’t even started on it. The reason I keep taking it back to the dealership is because that’s where my warranty is at. Hey, I know how funny is that the guy stopped and asked me lol that made me smile Hey, hopefully I’ll have my bike back in the next couple weeks. We are really running low on time so I’m hoping you get some free time when I get my bike back so we can go for a cruise even if it’s going down to Café 247 in Lucerne Valley and then coming back Highway 138 through crestline and taking rim of the world Highway

I didn’t live in Lake arrowhead from 1990 until 1995 but my mom had a nice little cabin on Nadelhorn I’m sure I misspelled that but again Lake arrowhead even though I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world. My best memories are from 1990 until 1995. Every time we would come visit it was also the first time I ever saw snow falling from the sky, the first time I ever learned how to ski we would drive from the lake arrowhead cabin to Big Bear. this was when my family was very close. It was a really beautiful time of my life and it’ll never be like that again so I told you a previous message that’s why I moved up here to be close to those beautiful memories.

I would love that as well so I do have stickers but they’re really small little stickers which might be good so it’s not taking up too much space but I think with the merchandise store we were going to try and have some other stickers created. Hello, thanks for the walk through the village. I enjoy strolling around Big Bear. Years ago I loved going to the Big Bear airport cafe. They had great food. Lots of good places to eat. Thelma’s was one of our favorites for breakfast when we were driving in up the hill from the Mentone side. I miss going up for Oktoberfest , that was always a fun experience.😊
Do you wanna know something amazing I’ve never been to Oktoberfest because I stay far away from alcohol but I know most people do drink a little bit so it might be fun for me to go do a video. @@bigbearweatherandmore6621 Thanks, I’m actually in Riverside, I used to to Redlands and go through Mentone. The Oktoberfest has a lot of other things to enjoy other than drinking beer. I didn’t drink and still had a great time. German food, music and dancing demonstrations. They had vendors and arts and crafts and artists. It’s been at least 10 years since I’ve been there so things maybe differ now. I would love to hear that oompah music again 🤣 I’m just an old 78 year old lady reminiscing. Thanks Nick

As I said in the message, I’m sure I could find someway to have a great time without drinking. When I was younger, my parents used to take me to Germany fairly often I’ve probably been six or 7 times. One of the times was in 1989 I got to use a hammer and chisel and take part of the Berlin wall home. It was just wonderful, but we have family friends who live in Hanover and Hamburg. I went to Germany’s biggest Oktoberfest with my parents when I was little obviously I was too young to drink and I didn’t like alcohol back then when I was young but I can tell people that I’ve been too. I think the best Oktoberfest on the planet and it was in Germany. I’ll tell you what I really wish I could drink like a gentleman and have one drink and enjoy myself, but I don’t have that ability. And that’s cool that you live in Riverside when you mentioned Redlands that’s where my mom lives now we are from Newport Beach and I never imagined seeing my mom living in the inland empire just because our whole life was at the beach However, my oldest brother whom I’m not fond of has a house in Redlands and my mom needs help at her age and so she ended up moving in to his place and I’m assuming he doesn’t do anything for her but when you said Redlands, it made me think about my mom And you are really close to her age but again, remember, you are a young 78 years old I’m 43 years old

Behind Vons market as well. For the life of me, I can’t remember the name of that street, but it goes right behind Vons. Also usually the chairlifts are available if you want to head up to the top of world and potentially be looking down a little bit at the fireworks. Just a thought.

That is exactly the typical time for the good fall colors. I’ve noticed when I drive up Highway 38 during that time of year you see some remarkable colors believe it or not. I’ve had kind of a hard time locally finding huge patches of fall colors, but where there is a will there is a way hope your well Easy it’s good to hear from you. I wish this town was more like New England in the way the leafs change colors But I think you’ll be happy And also it depends a little bit because we do get freezing temperatures probably in the next week or two at night time so you might not have to wait till mid October but that would probably be the best bet

@@lauraspeer9762 holy heatwave Batman. That’s insane. Well, I am certain you guys are gonna start cooling down pretty soon, so I’m hopeful it’ll happen sooner than later for you. I just went to visit my 91-year-old father in Freeport Florida. It’s right on the gulf coast next to Panama City Beach. I’ve never been in ocean water that is so darn warm. I think it was 99 or 100° when we went in it didn’t feel right I know I go and Jacuzzis at the maximum temperature of 104° and usually if I don’t completely preheat the Jacuzzi I’ll hop in when it’s about 100 or 101°, so it felt ridiculous and it was so hot as well. It wasn’t in the hundreds when I got there but it was in the mid to upper 90s, some of the days with about 90% humidity. It was something pretty rough to deal with. So I feel for you my friend just please stay safe make sure you’re drinking a lot of water and Gatorade stay very hydrated and I’m really glad you’re enjoying the channel. That makes me feel good. I love doing these videos for you guys.

What’s up my friend. We are making different beanies, but I think the logo is staying the same size it’s good to hear from you my friend I think the hats will be coming eventually, but the beanies will be here a couple new ones much more affordable
No, I used to work for Dominos. I’m not a sell out like that. I’m not gonna say somethings good just because I used to work there. I think that is cowardly and not right. I will always give my honest opinions about everything, whether people like it, or not, because this channels here to help the tourist and provide business for the business owners. And that is a huge goal of mine.
The good thing is, I’m not upside down at all but since I’m not gonna make the $12-$15,000 I thought I was gonna make it I’m only gonna make maybe two or 3000 I’m just gonna hang onto the car So when I refinance the car after the lease was over I don’t know why I was just thinking that it was a total of five years not five years more worth of payments. I had a three-year lease and then when I decided to buy the car for some reason I was thinking it’s five years total so another two years worth of payments, but I guess they met five more years worth of payments. So I was gonna get rid of the car to one of you guys for 12 grand but I owe 12,500 on it If I do a private party sale right now on auto trader or something like that, I can get between 17,000 to 19,000 So I guess I could make more than $3000 but honestly I thought I was gonna have a whole bunch of money to be able to pay a lot of bills and that was my goal but now I’m just gonna beat this car up because I have my brand new car my 2023 outback that hasn’t been driven in seven months And if I need that car sooner than later at least I’ll have a brand new car to drive but at this point, I’m just gonna keep the Subaru But again, the good thing is, I’m not upside down in my vehicle, but I feel bad, because I wanted to hook you guys up on the channel and there was no scammer ulterior motive. It was simply to really take care of somebody on the channel and I kinda messed that one up pretty good.

So I know I could sell it for more than I owe on the vehicle. But now there’s no point because at best I’ll only make a couple grand so it’s just not worth it for me and when I used to sell cars I know how the dealers treat people selling their cars so I was going to do a private party sale but at this point I’m just over it because I’ll just drive the heck out of it and keep my brand new car under lock and key so when I really need it I’ll essentially have a brand new car.
It came to me as a surprise because I guess I misunderstood. I had a three-year lease, and then when we decided to pay the residual to own the vehicle, I remember I was told it’s gonna be five years, so I for some reason thought that meant five years total. I don’t know what I was thinking, especially someone who was really good at selling cars for years. But it was just a huge misunderstanding. I thought this December I was going to be paid off. But I didn’t really do much investigating. I just assumed that the five years worth of payments that I’ve made pretty much was close to the cost of the vehicle so I didn’t even think about it but I had a huge rude awakening lol.
And the Harley dealership found my motorcycle today so they’ve had it almost a month just to do a regular service and they haven’t even started on it. The reason I keep taking it back to the dealership is because that’s where my warranty is at.

I’m sure I misspelled that but again Lake arrowhead even though I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world. My best memories are from 1990 until 1995. Every time we would come visit it was also the first time I ever saw snow falling from the sky, the first time I ever learned how to ski we would drive from the lake arrowhead cabin to Big Bear. this was when my family was very close. It was a really beautiful time of my life and it’ll never be like that again so I told you a previous message that’s why I moved up here to be close to those beautiful memories.

Hello, thanks for the walk through the village. I enjoy strolling around Big Bear. Years ago I loved going to the Big Bear airport cafe. They had great food. Lots of good places to eat. Thelma’s was one of our favorites for breakfast when we were driving in up the hill from the Mentone side. I miss going up for Oktoberfest , that was always a fun experience.😊

@@bigbearweatherandmore6621 Thanks, I’m actually in Riverside, I used to to Redlands and go through Mentone. The Oktoberfest has a lot of other things to enjoy other than drinking beer. I didn’t drink and still had a great time. German food, music and dancing demonstrations. They had vendors and arts and crafts and artists. It’s been at least 10 years since I’ve been there so things maybe differ now. I would love to hear that oompah music again 🤣 I’m just an old 78 year old lady reminiscing. Thanks Nick

When I was younger, my parents used to take me to Germany fairly often I’ve probably been six or 7 times. One of the times was in 1989 I got to use a hammer and chisel and take part of the Berlin wall home. It was just wonderful, but we have family friends who live in Hanover and Hamburg.
I went to Germany’s biggest Oktoberfest with my parents when I was little obviously I was too young to drink and I didn’t like alcohol back then when I was young but I can tell people that I’ve been too. I think the best Oktoberfest on the planet and it was in Germany. I’ll tell you what I really wish I could drink like a gentleman and have one drink and enjoy myself, but I don’t have that ability.
And that’s cool that you live in Riverside when you mentioned Redlands that’s where my mom lives now we are from Newport Beach and I never imagined seeing my mom living in the inland empire just because our whole life was at the beach However, my oldest brother whom I’m not fond of has a house in Redlands and my mom needs help at her age and so she ended up moving in to his place and I’m assuming he doesn’t do anything for her but when you said Redlands, it made me think about my mom
And you are really close to her age but again, remember, you are a young 78 years old I’m 43 years old

That is exactly the typical time for the good fall colors. I’ve noticed when I drive up Highway 38 during that time of year you see some remarkable colors believe it or not. I’ve had kind of a hard time locally finding huge patches of fall colors, but where there is a will there is a way hope your well Easy it’s good to hear from you.
I wish this town was more like New England in the way the leafs change colors
But I think you’ll be happy
And also it depends a little bit because we do get freezing temperatures probably in the next week or two at night time so you might not have to wait till mid October but that would probably be the best bet

I just went to visit my 91-year-old father in Freeport Florida. It’s right on the gulf coast next to Panama City Beach. I’ve never been in ocean water that is so darn warm. I think it was 99 or 100° when we went in it didn’t feel right I know I go and Jacuzzis at the maximum temperature of 104° and usually if I don’t completely preheat the Jacuzzi I’ll hop in when it’s about 100 or 101°, so it felt ridiculous and it was so hot as well. It wasn’t in the hundreds when I got there but it was in the mid to upper 90s, some of the days with about 90% humidity. It was something pretty rough to deal with. So I feel for you my friend just please stay safe make sure you’re drinking a lot of water and Gatorade stay very hydrated and I’m really glad you’re enjoying the channel. That makes me feel good. I love doing these videos for you guys.

I’m always gonna be honest with you guys about my personal feelings of all the restaurants at the risk of not liking someplace and getting people upset with me because it’s all about being honest with you and giving you my opinion but don’t forget if I don’t like a certain restaurant remember it’s just my subjective opinion you might think it’s the best restaurant ever so just because I might not like something doesn’t mean that you’re gonna feel the same way, so always give all these places a chance.
