Vintage Wade & Butcher vs 5 Days Growth! Will It Get The Job Done?

Testing out an edge on a vintage Wade & Butcher straight razor I picked up at an antique shop in Vermont. My honing progression was Shapton 1k / 5k / 8k / 12k and I finished on a French Black Shadow with glycerin.
