    I found it very interesting about you being keto adapted and how it allows you to tolerate very low blood glucose levels. Stay safe.

      It takes a long time to become keto adapted plus a lot of discipline.

      Sometime in the future we will put out a video on that subject. Basically, the most important thing in our diet is to keep the blood glucose level down by following a mild (not strict) ketogenic diet. No sucrose (sugar) or large amounts of carbs. We also try to have a nutrient dense diet so we avoid foods that have few nutrients (potato chips, candy, ice cream, cookies etc...). Some of the supplements that we take include the following: NAC with glycine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, R-ALA, Trimethyglycine (TMG), Carnosine and Creatine etc...Hopefully this helps, take care.
