I have found that for a first collar for a chihuahua puppy, kitten collars work really well. The sizing is perfect for the tiniest of tiny puppies, it’s adjustable, and usually has a stretchy bit so that the kitty it’s meant for won’t get caught in anything. The little stretchy bit is great for a fast growing puppy. After the doggie grows a bit more, regular dog collars are fine, as the smallest sizes will work. It’s just the tiny baby stage where kitten collars work better.
My mother in law has a very blue chihuahua. Shes around 13yrs old.. but shes almost solid blue but where your pup has brown she has snow white.. and shes an apple head. Hands down the most beautiful dog ive ever seen. Then she has a male who is long haired.. hes blue but has alot of white. Fluffiest chi ive ever seen.. Yours is only the 3rd blue one ive seen now
I had 2 teacups and they require extra attention- my 6yo 3 lb chi contracted some infection & due to his size Drs are limited to medicines, and they also have very delicate immune systems! Not a game- be committed seriously if you chose to get one!

There's a reason why blue is not allowed to breed. There's a high risk to deceases due to the mutated genes. Hope yours will stay healthy.
