I deactivated my paytm fastag and the status shows as closed in paytm app. But when I go to buy amazon fastag, i get the error that you have a blocked fastag. How can I resolve this?

After deactivating the my fastag from paytm, I noticed we also have an option of ‘Buy HDFC fastag’ within the paytm app. Can I apply for a new fastag from through the ‘Buy HDFC fastag’ option in the app? If so, how do I get the fastag sticker. As it does not take you to ordering the sticker through Amazon or any other online platform. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

I am trying to get my fastag deactivated through the helpline number from yesterday but there is no response or no sms or link coming from the other side. And I am also trying it through the app to deactivate but it is showing error since 2 days. I am not been able to deactivate by using any of the methods. It is not acceptable from paytm. Please guide the way through which I can deactivate my Paytm fastag because I will be able to buy a new fastag only after this Paytm fastag is deactivated. Please help
Same issue. There is open dispute regarding my paytm fastag and it says it cannot be deactivated unless the dispute gets resolved.

You can not use the same fastag, you will have to remove existing fastag from the car and paste new one
