His rasanshuriken is faster then light and sharper then any sword. And that isn't even his golden rasanshuriken. Hes beaten multiple alien gods. He fought in a war for days and then fought kaguya one of the strongest characters in the verse and on top of that he fought sasuke right after. He lost an arm and was bruised everywhere and was bleeding and he kept bleeding for hours until Kakashi and sakura came to treat him. He had 6 large metal rods sticking through his chest. Naruto can easily beat luffy.

Domain expansion also has a major flaw if luffy can pick up on it. Like its stated in the manga and anime whenever someone uses domain expansion whatever technique they have active upon activation of the domain the technique will automatically be deactivated as to let the caster focus on the domain meaning if luffy can move fast enough he could damage gojo the second infinity would deactivate when he says domain expansion.
There are some characters that the logic of not being able to use certain techniques while in their domain doesn’t apply to like sukuna and yuta cause sukuna’s domain uses both cleave and dismantle but on a stronger level and yuta’s domain lets him use every cursed technique he’s ever copied whenever he picks up a sword with said technique stored in it.

IMO Jotaro has 80% chance of winning. He has really good reaction, speed, hax and biq+iq, so i think he takes the w. BUT if he gets punched a few times , he is dead. His durability isn't higher than a small building level. Also, im talking about Stone Ocean Jotaro, who has 5 seconds of TS, doesn't play around, and more skilled than his Stardust Crusader version
I think it boils down to if jotaro starts with time stop. I'm pretty sure Luffy especially recently is just as fast if not faster than star platinum when it comes to speed. There's also the issue of his blunt force damage resistance thanks to his rubber body.

Baryon mode >>>> so6p so in the 4th ninja war, naruto gives his chakra to the around 15k ninjas that were left in the war, and he powered them up to 3x the power of Kakashi who is at least lightning lvl (97000 m/s) so doing 97000 m/s x 150000 x 3 we get 4365000000 m/s do that divided by 299792458 for the speed of light, and we get 14,5 times the speed of light worth of chakra that he gave away, that would mean he is 14,5 times light speed. but ofc he didn't give away all of his chakra he only gave away a small portion of it. so if we say that he gave away 10% he would be 145 times light speed at the time. later in boruto Sasuke at 2/3 of his chakra fights kinshiki (who is stronger than war arc naruto) so sasuke would have been around 145 times light speed in that fight and doing that times 1,5 for his full power we get 217,5 times light speed at full power.(assume naruto to be same since they are parallels) and naruto and sasuke fought jiren( who is 10% of isshiki) together and still lost with very little of jirens chakra left so naruto/sasuke r equal to 5% jiren isshiki is 100% of jiren 5% jiren =218 times light speed (increased 0.5 times since he still had chakra left) 100% jiren (isshiki) = 4360 times speed of light Naruto in bayron is faster than isshiki The speed difference is huge

Gear 5 could potentially have a way around infinity. Depending n how far his devil fruit awakening goes, he could punch Infinity and turn it into rubber, thereby negating the ability and punching him into space. However, that is being extremely generous and everything you said is still true.

Domain expansion also has a major flaw if luffy can pick up on it. Like its stated in the manga and anime whenever someone uses domain expansion whatever technique they have active upon activation of the domain the technique will automatically be deactivated as to let the caster focus on the domain meaning if luffy can move fast enough he could damage gojo the second infinity would deactivate when he says domain expansion.
There are some characters that the logic of not being able to use certain techniques while in their domain doesn’t apply to like sukuna and yuta cause sukuna’s domain uses both cleave and dismantle but on a stronger level and yuta’s domain lets him use every cursed technique he’s ever copied whenever he picks up a sword with said technique stored in it.

I think it boils down to if jotaro starts with time stop. I'm pretty sure Luffy especially recently is just as fast if not faster than star platinum when it comes to speed. There's also the issue of his blunt force damage resistance thanks to his rubber body.
