- AK is our biggest Tekken champion here in the Philippines and i'm honored to share a match with one of the best players out there. I wish him luck on his future tournament runs.
Though I kinda hoped my first T8 Shaheen encounter wasn't one of the best Shaheen players out there lol. I want to play him again once I get some matchup experience with this version of the character.

I dunno what Doujin is gonna do this year since he's apparently not part of PBE anymore but always rooting for these guys. Philippines has always been solid at Tekken
Oh I didn't know Doujin wasn't PBE anymore. Hope he gets picked up by a proper sponsor, preferably one that's willing to finance travel on most if not all TWT majors.

How are you playing in the Philippines? I always get thrown into US servers or something.
Majority of my ranked matches are against japanese / koreans. I get fellow Asia 3 matches from time to time. I do get americans sometimes as well.
I think the matchmaking doesnt really take region into consideration anymore unlike t7. If the speed condition is met, no matter the region, it just matches us immediately.
Make sure your pc is region set in the philippines , i mean your Windows OS. I had the same problem before wondering why Im always in US Server😂
