- Deshaun Watson finishes another great year with over 4,200 all-purpose yards and 34 total touchdowns in the regular season. He was able to add on 635 yards and 3 touchdowns in the postseason.

@rivershark I think Chiefs would be successful with either QB. Only reason Watson is still surviving on that half ass OLine is because he can extend plays.
Mohawx28 the gap between those two is MUCH smaller than people realize, IMO. To me it’s like the Lebron v. Kobe rivalry. Like Lebron, Mahomes is the better QB on paper, but when you watch Deshaun Watson there’s just something special about him that makes you go, “this brotha is special.” Put Watson on that Chiefs team, I believe they still win the SB.
rivershark Mahomes is great but the chiefs were already SB contenders w/ Alex Smith winning 12 games pretty frequently. Watson singlehandedly made the Texans relevant and a contender.

@@williamcharlesschneider2511 Well the Defense is JJ and Mercilus. it was at least a bit better last season when we still had Clowney but now we need somebody to replace him and some more Mercilus level defenders. And a replacement for Hopkins.

I’m so PUMPED to have this guy on my Browns. He is coming to a team with a top 5 Offensive Line and the best Running Back duo in the NFL. Also, an up and coming defense that was playing top 10 in the NFL the back half of this past year. If all goes smoothly, Watson is in a situation to succeed FOR SURE. Of course, I’m not gonna get my hopes too high…. But these are NOT the same old Browns. If you’ve watched this team over the past couple years, you already know this! I’m HYPED!!! 😈

Watson would’ve perfectly nailed the pass to Emmanuel Sanders which Garoppolo missed. His deep passes are as smooth and accurate as any other passer.

We've been needing MORE weapons around Deshaun GOATson ever since he got drafted. It was waay too much of a "two-man-show" with Hopkins in town, and all teams already knew what to be prepared for.. This season, ANYONE can have a 100 yard game and teams won't know what to expect week-to-week.
Name ONE secondary that can cover David Johnson lined up as a WR or out of the backfield, Kenny Stills', Will Fuller's, Brandin Cooks', Keke Coutee and Jordan Akins speed. Collectively, they average a 4.42 40 time.

Cobb is like a slot version of D Hop due to his elite veteran route-running and getting David Johnson as a RB who can do it ALL is still like having a 6'2 WR who can go up and get it. He can do Christan McCaffrey things this year since Tim Kelly is letting players play to their strengths.
D Hop was never been the fastest but he wins 90% of his battles at the line of scrimmage on the snap. He's a technician with footwork and setting up defenders. Cobb can do the same but inside or outside.
If he had a good o line and good coach he would be the mvp and lead the Texans to the Super Bowl

I think it's going to be a lot of fun seeing how Watson develops under Stefanski. And yes, I know that Watson has already been one of the best QBs in the NFL for several years before coming to Cleveland. But Stefanski went 11-5 and made the playoffs with Baker Mayfield as his starting QB. He made Baker look like a legitimate starting QB in the NFL, and Baker's time in Carolina shows just how incredible of an accomplishment that really was. Baker's career as an NFL starter is almost certainly over. His ENTIRE NFL CAREER could conceivably be over! And Stefanski won 11 games with him.
The same thing goes for Brissett. Jacoby is an incredible person and he did everything we asked of him and more as our interim starting QB. But Brissett is a career journeyman QB and Kevin Stefanski has him playing to well that he has like a top-10 QBR or something. The Browns have a top-10 offense with Brissett starting. Every single one of Brissett's stats are career-bests this season. Brissett has played so well, in fact, that the Browns probably have no shot at keeping him around as Watson's backup next season because SOME desperate NFL team will almost certainly give Brissett a chance to start for them (and I'm happy for him to get that opportunity).
So Stefanski has made a TRASH QB look like an average NFL starter, and he made a career journeyman backup QB look like a top-10 QB. So what is he going to do with freaking Deshaun Watson?!?!
