Tekken 2 VER.A [Arcade] - play as Wang Jinrei

This is a playthrough using Wang Jinrei in the Arcade version of Tekken 2 version A. Read on below for more information...
Wang is the personal sub-boss for Baek or Jun in the game (depending on which is set as a default character), and he is a hidden playable character through the use of a secret command/code, shown below.
===== HOW TO SELECT WANG =====
On the character select screen, do and press the following input commands:
Highlight Baek or Jun (whoever is there), Start, Down, Right, Left, Up
If you've done it correctly, Wang will be selected.
===== ABOUT WANG =====
He fills the "Chinese-wise-old-master" role and does the job quite well. Every fighting game needs one of these right? He is a friend of Jinpachi Mishima which means that he has some relations to the Mishima family, giving him some significance to the main storyline.
Design-wise, In Tekken 1 he looked a bit of an eyesore... he looks much better in Tekken 2 as his in-game model is more fitting, and his character select portrait image shows how his face design has changed, and is much better.
===== GAMEPLAY =====
He is basically a derivative of Michelle for the most part.... other borrowed moves include Nina's Blonde Bomb and Heihachi's Heavy Power Punch.
In Version B of the game he has an extra unblockable super move and also an advancing counter throw which he does not have in Version A of the game.
===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / TRIVIA =====
---- His Stage 8 personal boss is Jun Kazama or Baek (depending on which is set as a default character), and vice-versa.
---- In the Arcade version of Tekken 2, in the operator options screen, there is an option to set the default character to either Jun or Baek. If this is set to Baek, then Wang becomes Baek's personal sub-boss. If this is set to Jun, then Wang becomes Jun's personal sub-boss.
---- He is also known as Master Fighter.
--- Age-wise, he is the oldest playable human character in the Tekken games at this time of writing.
---- In the PS1 version of Tekken 2, when he is not operating as a sub-boss, his stage BGM is the Szechwan theme ("Rhythm of China") from Tekken 1.
===== ABOUT ARCADE TEKKEN 2 Ver.A =====
This is a vast improvement on the prequel as it is far more refined and fleshed out in all aspects. All the personal sub-bosses (besides male Kunimitsu) return and all them are playable through the use of hidden input commands on the character select screen. Every character in the game has their own stage background as well.
Interestingly, it should also be mentioned that in the Arcade versions of Tekken 2, there is a setting in the options/operator screen that allows you to set either Baek or Jun as the regular character on the character select screen.

@Shane Douglas Well, its sounds ironic since Wang is Jun's default sub-boss (normally when Jun is the default character in the arcade and even console version), but its also ironic that Wang was Ling Xiaoyu's grandfather especially after she (Xiaoyu) made her debut in Tekken 3, while Wang returned in Tekken 5/DR, and made Xiao as his sub-boss on Stage 4.
Especially Wang even had relations with Jun's son (Jin) since Jin was responsible for Jinpachi's death, as seen on his TK5 ending, where Jin became head of the Mishima Zaibatsu (also TK6) until he was automatically fired by his disappearance in the dunes (where he defeated Azazel)....
As for Baek, Hwoarang's now-deceased master, he is not even a curious character after all, as not even peeking at his title of being a target of Tekken's interest in Korea, therefore it could be interesting to know that Baek and Hwoarang's home country (Korea, South) deeply treats Japan as a dominatrix's punching bag.
Also a reason why developers at Namco during TK2's development did not reused the Venezia (Venice, Italy) themes from the previous game, because the theme does not kinda suit Baek's iconography, despite his player two outfit looking similar to Robert Garcia (who is Italian, as Venice do) from SNK's games, a reason that made Capcom to create Dan Hibiki and formed his introduction in Street Fighter Alpha, released on the same year as TK2...

On the arcade Tekken 2 Ver. B, all the secret characters get released over him, instead of this command thing, right?

The commands still work in Arcade Version B of the game despite all the sub-bosses being available on the character select screen.
