You can find the board as well as all the other replacement parts on skyzones website.

In your case scroll button was working, only roller function was not working right?
I removed ribbon cable and just blew compressed air and re-connected the ribbon cable and it worked for me :)
Correct. In my case the ribbon cable was bad. Maybe from dropping the goggles in the past.
