I like your approach to reselling. I wish I had done something similar. I’ve made over $2,000 on Poshmark (just from items in my own closet) but I didn’t keep good accounting records. I think I’m going to open a separate bank account for my online sales.

I’m one of those resellers. Don’t sell any baby furniture or strollers or car seats or anything that might be recalled.
You could donate the playpen to a dog or cat rescue to help hold the puppies or kittens.
