Good video Jay, you guys did a great job testing it back to back on different bikes comparing to different setups. 👍👍

I was one of the guys bugging you to test the STIC.
One of your best reviews Jay, nice job.
I ride mostly open desert in Socal and the STIC was great on my 17 KTM 250XC.

For those who are new to the stic, JD Jetting is releasing a new white needle that replaces the red needle the kit currently comes with. The new white needle is to accommodate some people experiencing a lean condition on the the #3 clip position. Some have resorted to running pos #4 and the new white needle is revised to be able to run in the optimal #3 pos.

I moved up to the all new STIC Super X cast carb. It's up yet another level. It's a clean casting clone of the PWK AS, both Short body and Screw Top available.
Ran perfect 'as delivered' on my KTM 200SX. I changed the pilot jet from a 50 to an 80! Still had steady low idle. I'm glad I installed a G2 tamer #400 slick cam...for MX! Anywho, this thing has me dicing with bigger bikes and clearing jumps right out of turns easier now. Pure magic for smaller bore low to mid and now it carries over to exceptional mid to top.

I just installed one on my 2018 TE250. I am a spoiled lazy 300 rider and I am still getting used to the 250 power delivery. Not as much low end grunt. I ran a lectron and I
was not impressed. I modded the mikuni and felt it was better on the bottom then the lectron. The Stic is better on the bottom then the lectron, and mikuni. Over rev is way better
then the mikuni. I think the 250's benefit more than say a 300 on the bottom. Probably gonna to to a 300 cylinder, cause I still love the grunt of the 300. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for the review. I had the stock Mikuni (Jarvis modded) dialed on my '19 300 XC but it was thirsty and I wanted to keep the stock tank as I ride track and trails (6K-11K' in CO). I went Lectron HV because the review about fuel consumption. I was not impressed with trail riding the HV. I got a Lectron H and it has been great. With an S3 head (AA insert for added compression) and the Yellow spring it is perfect for woods. It self adjusts for elevation and it has a really smooth low end power delivery with a 4T style grunt ( pulls 2nd and 3rd up steep hills at low speed 13-52 gearing). To give it more of a hit I simply put the Red spring in at the track (easily done with bike on side) and it's money. I have the MX Tech 3 chamber system and settings for rocks roots and for full send. I owe a bunch of time saved to you and your channel. Thanks Jay!

6 mnths STIC on 19 250xc. Noticed major overrev. Gnarly pipe would sign off early now she keeps pulling. I felt like i gained a lot of low end grunt...ie a gear higher on steep tech and no longer stall as it keeps pulling. I like it but 3rd place compared to Keihin and RK head in upgrades.

to release its potential try a 52 pilot, 205 main and necj Suzuki needle on clip 1. that's with a 114
    with a 113a 52 pilot 205 main and neck
done 100's of test runs and over 100 running hours.
it needs to be in syphon break mode . it needs the big pilot to feed enough air
its plus points are smoothness and urgency.
the reason the mpg doesn't drop with the big main jets is because its passing more air.
if you can do a little more testing you'll be amazed just how good it can be

Not having had experience with the combo on the 300, this is just based on experience of opinion, I have ridden 300s though, but I think in that type of riding you need to ride your bike as it was before installing eg similar setup alongside to compare the Stic M/R to get a true comparison based on that ride in those conditions, my experience is based on 125/250# and on those it’s really noticeable, I am also an on the pipe rider, but from bottom up it’s noticeable on those capacity bikes, once ya got a 300 running clean, regardless of mods you going to be pretty competent rider to notice as big a difference on a 300 imo! But 250 or 125 it’s my go too. You def need more time and different conditions, esp hills on the pipe, don’t confuse this with top end gains though. good to see you finally try it out, def you need more time on it on a 300.🤙
