    The downfall of Pontiac: Montara, G6, Aztek, Ventura, T1000, Parisienne. All they had to do was stick to the LeMans/GTO, GP, Firebird/TA, and later adding the Fiero V6 and G8GXP.

    You don't know what you are talking about. The Star Chief debuted in 1954, not 1962. What killed Pontiac was the move away from performance and distinction into the ordinary by 1970. Also bad was the elimination of the premium Bonnevilles of 1957 - 58 and the applying the Bonneville name to the Star Chief Custom.

    I believe GM was the Down Fall of Pontiac! GM didn't want Performance Competition with Chevy! It would be Interesting to know if anyone at "Piston Trends" ever Drove of Owned a Pontiac for any length of time?

      Nothing from these videos. Had a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI 20+ years ago. Was an awesome sedan! How about you?
