    My guess is that this prosecutor is much more experienced than the defense attorney. Hopefully she will come away from this having learned something.

    • @mikimiyazaki

      Its usually the opposite lol. Successful defense lawyers usually have to "carry alot of water" so to speak for big time lawyers before being given the opportunity to step up. Prosecutors are often young and relatively new to the trade.

    • @teemyoutube2066
      @teemyoutube2066 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mikimiyazaki All a defense attorney has to do is be hired. They have to be first chair on their first murder trial some time. Its public knowledge that she has been a license attorney since 2018. My guess is the DA has been an attorney longer than that - this guy is THE District Attorney of Kenosha County. Prosecutors are also in the courtroom far more than a private defense attorney (at least before they become the DA). There are many lawyers who choose to be prosecutors for their entire career - if the DA's office has a handful of them , one of career prosecutors would have been lead in this case.

    She really tried. She could have easily redacted the texts and not mentioned SB by name or implied they " found the body " and it would not have breached State v Denny. The redacted texts could have been read in and she could have simply asked the officer if he had followed up on those texts and she would have gotten her point across had the officer answered no. However she chose to go further than that and that's what breached State v Denny. She knew what she did shame on her for implying someone was the actual murderer without any evidence to back that claim.

      Or perhaps the cameras becoming more common are just publicly exposing exactly how far our justice system has fallen.
