@@krlm2280 not this year cuz lechoke give up early on his team mates . Now he’s looking to bring giannis , curry , lillard everybody possible that could win a ring for him .
Rodman on skill alone, one of the best. His mastery of irritating and getting in the head of opponents puts him in a class by himself. He had guys thinking about him before game even started. You had to be MENTALLY TOUGH and focused to deal with the Worm. He evolved it to perfection with Bulls though. Hit his "mental" game prime those years.
Holy cow... I watched this game live. But I had forgotten the level of sheer physicality in that series. Totally BRUTAL trying to get position in the post. 10:02 Intense stuff.
This era, though dominated by the bulls, had some really good teams. Here, All-stars Alonzo and Tim, two HOF caliber players, had their asses handed back to them. Those big, strong, athletic centers, those fast, strong forwards, and guards for all occasions. Then the physicality. I recall this whooping. The bulls were unstoppable.
5:32 Damn, look how fast Rodman sprinted across the court considering him being known for partying all the time he still had the energy and hops to play full minutes. Mad athletic specimen right there
Another great video, HM! I like how commentators say Dennis was undersized and lacked the strength of his opponents. I have to beg to differ. Why? Rodman, all 6'8"-ish 220lbs of him could bang underneath with ANY big man and get the advantage. He was very underrated for his strength and psychological approach to the game.
SidJustice1 Yep, the 1996 playoffs when the Bulls played against the Magic, Rodman played the best defense I have ever seen against Shaq. He was a rebounding machine in that series. He is also a great passer. Very underrated player. Five rings and part of that 72 game winning Bulls team. He took the Bulls to another level. The Pistons don't win two championships without him and not sure the Bulls win 3 more without him.
ah man how fun was the nba in the 90's...jordan and pippen dynamic duo, marv albert biting prostitutes on the ass, rodman coming back from the future to tell us how pop cultures gonna be in twenty years....
Dennis and Lonzo both were receiving elbows when they fight for the rebound yet still play solid defense. I'd seen lebron received an elbow (once) at the back when playing against the spurs and left the game. So i can't understand why other people would say that the players in this era are playing at a higher level compared from the previous
Yeah because the whole point of basketball is how many hits you can take. Oldheads love to say the basketball players back then were better for this exact reason, and don't wanna acknowledge how much more skilled players are now at putting the ball into the basket which is real basketball.
Branded McGowan you mean lebron? yeah because he's in charge of the NBA and he made David Stern, who then passed the torch to Adam silver change how physical it should be. Your comment wasn't even funny bro..it made no sense.
5:57 scottie tells him go right and he knows he's going to set the play up for Rodman, then points again to have the ball passed to him while also slowing down his defender
Ilias Mavromatis Alot of pressure on the dude's shoulders. No other guy besides Hardaway to help him against the tough Bulls. He had 30 points in that game though.
When i was playing ball in college, I read Rodman’s book “Bad as I wanna be” translated by my country language, and so inspired that I wanna have beautiful girl friends.
Regardless of arguments in basketball about who's better, etc., I think everyone would agree that The Georgetown Hoyas had the greatest collective string of big men in history - Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, Dikembe Mutumbo, even Roy Hibbert as well... I know I know, UCLA had Alcindor and Walton, who were probably the two greatest collegiate players ever, but those two don't add up to those four at Georgetown.
Beatle Juice nowdays when nba is full of divas Thats what warrior has that record.. Take these warriors whos make that record and put on the 90's see how many games won..
Clowns, its like comparing yourselves to vietnam vets. Any player will adapt to the style of play that is acceptable. You clowns are just hating on the warriors.

Put this Bulls team, or Bird's Celtics team in the present NBA against Ja Morant, Doncic, Lebron etc. "Training is nothing, the will to act is everything".
Why do Rodman and Morning look so short for their position? Looking at them in this video compared to the other players they both don't look any taller than 6' 7". Toni Kukoc looks much taller than both of them. Look at the video at 1:08 lol.
These guys as bad as NFL commentators are today. Did I hear something correctly? The officials reviewed the game tape & could see Rodman initiated contact most of the time a foul was called, so they’re adjusting calls today. Meaning based not on what they see in this game but saw on tape of a previous game fouls are being called? WTF? So calls are made in this moment based on moments in games that ended?
I can believe Dennis was hiting every club in Vegas and still delivering the in basketball field.
I remember this game! Don’t see games like this anymore!
Nope
5:33 Pippen was always so aware on the fast break.
True warriors back in the days. Great entertainment in the 90s, because it was the best NBA era.
Watching Dennis Rodman's mind games ,defense and trolling is more entertaining than anything besides watching my Lakers this year and Milwaukee
krlm2280 did you watch your lakers last year ? It was entertaining too , watching leflop choke and trying to trade everybody for Anthony Davis
Milwaukee are sorely overrated

He took apart SKemp
He got into Pippen's head by splitting his head open when he shoved him into the standtion.
i love when players fall down they get right back up, they don't lay there like they just died
watching Zo go up against Dennis the menace was always fun ! 1996 and 1997, too bad the heat was no match at all for the bulls as a team

Denis is 201cm tall and he is pure athlete , running from side to side faster then all bullls players that day .
1:05 Rodman’s face trying not the laugh hahah
My favorite basketball player Dennis rodman
No doubt I start a team, I'm taking Rodzilla..
He worked hard on defense and rebounding.......and getting in your head.
There are many teams that need players like Dennis Rodman
That's why, I always loved Chuck Daly.. even Phil cannot really handle rodman... chuck took care of the whole team of badasses..
"another three by michael Jackson"....
Juancho Awesome 😂😂😂😂

Rodman was all muscle & heart. He would shut Shaq down & he had 100 lbs. on Rodman. He was just plain tough!
Wish today's games were still played like this, it's a shame they aren't. It's more soft now lol
@M Troll
Why? Can't you play? Were you only good for holding and shoving? I hate to see wrestlers guarding people with talent.
Love the old school contact basketball
