my father used to lived there around that year, I was born at Ames in 1990. My father was a student at IOWA state university. We are also Indonesian. :)

No, not really. Though it is a college town so some housing prices are horrible. 🤦♀️ Ames definitely has its flaws though. Traffic, for the most part, is pretty good though.

Ames is a nice place. Used to go to the Octagon Art Festival in the days. Been since 2015 when I was there.
