Śrĩ Atmananda (8 December 1883 - 14 May 1959), also referred as Sri Atmananda Krishna Menon, was an Indian sage, guru, and philosopher. He has been described by scholars as a "neo-Hindu". His teachings have become a foundation for a spiritual method called the Direct Path.

I’m at a point in my spiritual journey where these videos resonate deeply. It’s so odd how the truth is so simple yet I continue to unveil through the guidance of teachers.

Training wheels, I am at the same point and part of me knows that I am the only one who can remove them.

I've noticed it's more of letting things go, becoming more and more stripped of identity and just being

@@classica1fungus when Buddhists speak of “untying the knot”, they are referring to this. It may be more beneficial to follow your own inner guides to not get in the trap of habitual thinking of ideas and concepts, as these are ultimately what need to be let go of. Still, pointing and directing can provide a foundation to then later remove. This, I suppose, is what Buddha meant by using the mind to get rid of the mind. Good luck friends, you have all the answers you need in you already 🙏

Many thanks 💖 Musical note 🎶 Loved the fade at the end of this meditation. As the wandering flute and drone softly dissolved, all of the day's woes and worries disapeared 🎶 🙂

So simple and. profound. This echos the truth of other teachings at their core, which is our core, When we realize this, with the tangle of layers of confusing layers dissolving, there you are as blissful, timeless peace. Drench yourself in that, it is beyond both complexity and always immediately available.

What it means the thought "if you go there you will disappear" during meditation?
How to undo that seeing, if true?
Things are turning very bad for me and i think that's the cause
I'm going to say my weird situation. My heart centre exploded somehow and i feel no desire for the things i liked before since two months...
and have very high fatigue and can't sleep deeply. This happened after a period of time of occasional fear, nightmares and confusion wich resulted in a very high energetic tension in the chest area wich came to a climax..

Try to take it easy. Things aren't going very bad for you - you are opening up and awakening to reality. However, don't push and try not to resist. It is just your restless, conceptual mind that is potentially making a mess of it. Try some devotional practices, walk in nature, perform some service for others, and refrain from thinking obsessively about any of this. The natural state of the mind is peaceful and calm if you just let things be and unfold. It's not that 'you' will disappear in meditation, you will simply realise 'you' weren't really there in the first place. And what a relief that will be if you keep letting go little by little of this delusion. Sending warmest wishes your way ❤

The nothingness that we are:; labeled depression:;is not a illness:;it is the stillness that we are because we were not allowed as young children to be silent and still by our selves we experience our silent stillness nature as a suffering diss-ease

Look into « Primal scream therapy ». Screaming will help unclog your chest and belly. A lot of crap and tensions are burried inside us. Scream every day in a pillow (don’t scream from the throat but from the stomach) and after a few weeks deep burried tensions will come up. Be ready to meet them. It is very powerful. Once purged you will be a new man. It changed my life. Bioenergetics works according to the same principles.
