I've nothing but respect for all the work that was put into this, but I'm positive I've never ever seen any fight end with a draw and a timeout. I've seen a handful of KO draws, since it's still a draw if one character has 0 HP and the other has -33 HP, but can you imagine two fighters having the exact same amount of health at the end of a round? I suppose if it's impossible to lose by chip damage, then you could have a fight time out with both characters stuck at 1 hp.
I don't think this is all of them. Some of the characters you paired seem to be responding specifically to their opponent, rather than just their default time forfeit action. For example, when Bernkastel won the time-out, she said "Lambda, you really are a big idiot." I doubt she says that against other opponents. Unless you're only referring specifically to their animations, and not their quotes, in which they might be the same, I suppose.
Yeah, that's why it was a good idea to show these to everyone in video form. Some stuff needs to be seen, given the low chances of getting them in a real match.

For some strange reason, I like the Lambda/Bern draw. Maybe it's the matched voice work that does it.

Bernkastel has one more "time forfeit" animation, try making draw with Battler. I died when i saw this one.
