Memory? Well you should try making short notes on your own for one time before the feb attempt. 2 pages, 1 chapter. Not more than that, not less than that. Maybe 3 pages if it is big enough. Watch physics galaxy sir revision checklist. Download maths allen revision book and just try to make short notes from it. For chemistry, watch catalysis by vedantu, there is a complete 30 chapter playlist called lets rev it. Make short notes from it. You will never forget.
