I have been to Kasandra once, but I didn't have a chance to fish. The side that you are at is for the tourist mainly and the other side is more for the local people( I believe this side where the locals are will be more productive). You can catch everything there.

I wanted to ask you one more thing, wich rod would you recommend for perch fishing with softbaits, jig heads im using are from 0.8 to 2g max but very rare, 1.2 or 1.5 gram in 90% of fishing. Right now i have gunki 0.5-7g and it is great rod but you cant feel the jig head hit the bottom with 1g or 1.2g lure, i would like something very sensitive but not wobbly :)

@luresmaking small popper are doing really good job for me size 4-7cm. Before the sun comes up, white is a killer, and after that, natural colours.
