@@wishwatiyubaya totally disagree. I’m not against fishing in general. But they gotta pick who to kill. There must be strong rules to protect these innocent creatures. I saw a video where they even kill and sell parrot fish. I know when these people are desperate to live without money they will kill any living thing in the ocean to survive. That doesn’t justify their actions. Yes you can say they bring foreign exchange for a short time. But killing off these majestic creatures will harm our country much much harder in the long term due to the impact to tourism. Most countries consider tourism as the future of financial growth and exotic wild animals and wildlife in general plays an integral part in it. Foreigners pay dollars and visit us to see our wildlife including majestic creatures like these. Killing them off brutally like this will definitely hurt our economy in the long run. So again I totally disagree with you
@@WidithaSamarakoon These fishermen kill fish in international waters...with permission. As you think, because of the fish caught for food, the tourism industry is not affected at all....These multi-day cruises do not kill fish in the Sri Lankan waters.... I don't agree with your opinion. thank you
