For example. འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་སངས་རྒྱས་གྲུབ་པར་ཤོག། This is understood by every Bhoti literate people , be it from Arunachal, Sikkim, Kinnaur, Lahaul, Spiti, Ladakh etc. It means in Ladakhi དབུག་ཡོད་ཁན་ཚང་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་ཤེས་པི་ལ་ང་སངས་རྒྱས་གྱུརཅིག། This won’t be understood by others. Only Ladakhis would understand it. Therefore, Bhoti is common language of entire Himalyas, including Bhutan, Tibet, Mangolia etc. . Ladakhi is only spoken and understood by Ladakhis only, that too by people of Leh and around. Even purgi and Balti speaking won’t understand properly.
