- My buddy and I took a tiny Jon boat out fishing on a pond with Ice covering nearly all the water and caught GIANT bass!! This was unbelievable to us, since the water was in the mid 30s, and the bass were still biting. Do you want to see more Jon boat bass fishing? I am truck driver from Rhode island and I was in Hamburg iowa and grand island Nebraska Monday. I was thinking about some of the ponds I was seeing and thought you probably fished those same ponds

My fishing buddy has one of those. It has wheels built into the back for easy transport. Forget the brand. We rarely have a bad trip in it cuz we’re always hitting the less fished spots. Get yourself one, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve been fishing out my pelican for the last 10 years. I live in KC and do an annual trip to Texas with mine. Throw it in the truck bed and go. Gotta love the simplicity of it 🤙🏼

I slowly pulled a jig along on a small lake the other day and caught two 4's in 40 degree water. Only bites I got in 4 hours though.

Makes me nervous watching you hold em with the jerk bait all loosey goosey, last summer I got a 4lb er with the movement and then big head shake and I got the back treble through my thumb so deep I couldn't cut the hook had to go to the hospital, BUT! I kept the movement put new hooks on and caught my pb on it that next weekend!
