    I honestly hope that the rivalry they have is not one of hate or anger towards one another cause that would have to be one of the best races ive seen in a long time very clean, hard and respectful hope to see more racing like that from them

      They have a tremendous amount of respect towards each other. Both macri and wagner spoke very highly of each other during their podium interviews. The incident they had was more just a heat of the moment thing. I dont see any bad blood between them at all

      Well knowing that then definitely can see some more racing like that from them look forward to seeing more

    1:00 mark, pretty hysterical if you are an old-timer sprint car fan when announcer Blake comments to co-announcer Earl that he is commenting to 'Earl' as dialogue and then instead of saying Logan Wagner, he simply says Wagner, so it comes out as 'Earl...Wagner' - and if you've been around sprint car racing for a long time, you'll know that Earl Wagner was one of Knoxville's most successful drivers with over 40 feature wins there - and was best known to me for always riding the rail. I still can see him riding the rail at the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds on the big 5/8 mile during the annual Cheater's Day event.
    Blake didn't misspeak or anything when he said 'Earl, as he was talking to his co-announcer, or when he continued by saying Wagner - but when you put the two words together it has a totally different meaning as the driver was literally riding the rail when he said it - which IMO - makes it one of the coolest comments ever by an announcer... as to me Blake was inferring the driver was racing just like Earl Wagner.
    I'm just quite sure he didn't know it. LOL. Good stuff indeed...great racing! Port continues to impress. :)

      It's hard to describe the impact that Chris Windom & KTJ have made transferring from USAC to ASCoC ........but I'll try. They are both annoying lap car fodder clogging up the pits and taking up 2 pit stalls that could better serve support class cars (like 4-cylinder street stocks). They could better serve the fans working the concession stands. *_"Frosty Malts .....Get Your Ice Cold Frosty Malts"_*

    Not to be critical of the all stars, but a couple nights ago, the announcer said 4 outa top 5 are all stars. Macri won. But last two races, only one top 5 for an all star. And last night, an 8th place was all they could do in the top ten. Kudos to port royal for having walls smooth enough to bounce off of. And holy Macri. He’s got a checkers or wreckers style but can do it without the wrecker.

    Anthony Macri has a good shot at the WOO this year when they come to Pennsylvania. Would be surprised if he doesn't get a win against the WOO at either Williams Grove Speedway, Port Royal speedway and maybe Lincoln Speedway. Some say if he is successful against the WOO this year and continues to dominate the PA Posse in local races that Anthony Macri should go full time with the WOO. Not sure about that. Staying a PA Posse and racing the big money races outside of PA against the ASCOC and the WOO might be better then competing full time with the WOO. Remember alot of these tracks across the country are short tracks and our tracks in PA are considered big tracks to the average track on the WOO schedule across the country. California runs predominantly short track racing and these drivers from California are so much better then PA drivers on average because they are much more experienced at short track racing. Brad Sweet, Carson Macedo, Kyle Larson, and USAC California driver, Buddy Kofoid as well as other California drivers are killing it overall when traveling the country and their experience at short track racing just gives them an advantage vs the PA Outlaw drivers or PA Posse that attempt these short track races. In PA only Path Valley has recently offered 410 races with none scheduled this year and the other short track, Trail Way closed. If Anthony Macri does go full time with the WOO, he should take as much advice as possible from Brent Marks, because Brent Marks has the most experience of the PA Posse at short track racing and once Anthony Macri goes full time with the WOO if he decides to do this then get as much help and advice from these California drivers, especially Brad Sweet and Carson Macedo and if Kyle Larson is racing talk to him as well.

      @@midnight-2021 That's too bad.
      On a higher note. Dirt Tracker's prediction about Macedo taking the WoO championship might be accurate. With 4 wins to Sweet having only 1, I looked it up. Albaugh agriculture appears to be a good sponsor with it's headquarters near Knoxville.
      Quote: *_"About Albaugh: Albaugh, LLC is a privately-owned US limited liability company founded by Mr. Dennis Albaugh in 1979. Headquartered in Ankeny, Iowa, Albaugh offers a broad and growing portfolio of crop protection products in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Europe and other countries. Albaugh operates multi-functional plant sites in St. Joseph, Missouri."_*
      From what I can tell, Albaugh found a niche manufacturing & marketing agricultural herbicides & insecticides providing a lower-cost alternative to the farmer after a larger company's (like Monsanto) patent protection time-frame expires. Like making a low-cost Viagra after Pfizer's 10-year patent protection expires.

      Both are great tracks. Ive been to both but always go to Port Royal weekly. You get way better views from Port Royal. Williams Grove the Haulers park in the infield and makes it difficult to see. Plus Port Royal is faster in my opinion. The Speed Palace.

    Did Logan Wagner shake Macri's hand after the race. Does anyone know that was there? LMK. He should have, nothing dirty from either of them that I saw, including the cut off in turn 1 on the last lap, that's just what the good drivers do. TBH I thought Macri was gonna check out after he took the lead, I haven't seen Wagner race very much, I know he's the track champion but very impressed by him in that race. Good racing by both. Macri is on fire lately.

    Logan Wagner is great at Port Royal Speedway. But seeing highlights from him anywhere else is unlikely. Unlikely mostly because he rarely races outside of Port Royal but when he does it isn't all that great and often poor. He tried the Knoxville nationals twice and totally bombed both times and his track record at Williams Grove Speedway isn't much better. Bombed the Williams Grove national open several times and only has a few top 10s in some regular PA Posse shows at Williams Grove Speedway on some PA speedweeks shows in previous years. Some say he is the one track wonder that races like Superman at Port Royal Speedway but Williams Grove Speedway and other tracks are his krytonnite.

    • @Suicid3King717
      @Suicid3King717 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      He is happy as hell to be a one track wonder. Even has t-shirts made with that saying on them. He has won big shows on other tracks, but you do have valid points. He would do better at these other tracks if he visited them more often but he doesn't need to when he makes a living be the one track wonder at the speed palace just like his old man has for almost 40 years.

    • @midnight-2021
      @midnight-2021 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Suicid3King717 I know that Logan Wagner is very good at Port Royal Speedway and has 4 track championships in a row but I am surprised that he only has 11 wins at that track with 4 track championships. Hell Brent Marks even has 1 more win, 12, but Brent Marks is only a Part time Port Royal driver because he travels. Thought that Logan Wagner would have had atleast 30 wins with 4 straight track championships.
