Those weren't the Green Line. They are the Orange and Turquoise Lines.

Imagine if Hearst had a station in Peakland. Could CSN7 be it?

The stations for Peakland are all O&O except for CW6 which is owned by Scripps. There may be a Nexstar and Hearst Station in my next build though along with one or two O&Os.
Also CSN7 is rebranding to ABC7 sometime this year.

@@jackskellington6csAs of June 2023 WLS (channel 7) in Chicago debuted a new graphics scheme for its news operation, and this is expected to expand to all of the ABC owned and operated stations by the fall of 2023. With Peakland CSN7 becoming ABC7 Peakland it would be a nice idea for a new open for that station to be created.

It's an hour drive, very common in the US. There really isn't any intercity rail service that is frequent enough for commuting here outside of the Northeast Corridor.
