I’d like to give a huge shoutout to all of the marbles that work behind the scenes to make the marble league happen. The ball bearings, security guards, referees, medical personal are just to name a few (and also the actual people who make this happen too).

I've gotten word that the ant was checked by medical and then taken into custody. Later released with a warning, but asked not to return for future events.

O'Rangers: snatching defeat from the jaws of victory for the entirety of the 2021 Marble League
Honestly I think that fits Team Momo more than the Rangers this year, they spent the first half of the league in an uncontestable first place, and have gotten last place after last place finish the last few events

We can be good for exactly half a season, no more, no less. I may start a petition to limit these events to only 8.
They're still within 25 points of the top (I've never seen a field this narrow with only 2 events left), but yeah, things aren't exactly looking good.
They've just phoned it in the past couple of events. Gotta get another podium.
poor team momo, had high hopes for them earlier this season. They really fell back. :(
The O'rangers are just too damn polite stepping out of the way and letting everyone pass them by.

They need to start juicing their marbles again. This has been a pretty poor showing.
I am not impressed with their performance this league. O'rangers general manager needs to replace all the team members and the coach with some new orange marbles that can roll. The team owner looked visibly upset
Yeah, so sad to see them perform this badly... Chad Kirschner, though I think it isn't needed to do such a radical change... To me it feels like the problem is too few training, maybe just replacing the coach is a good idea.

From getting a DSQ to a gold, what a redemption story for Blue Eye.
I still can't believe that decision hasn't been reviewed by officials. The call was made immediately after the race and there have been no statements from the league since then; with such a contentious ruling there really should be an investigation.

The turn around of the last few events has been huge for CCE. I was beginning to lose hope for a podium spot at the end of all of this, but they are right back in the thick of things!
I'm for crazy cat eyes now they need to win the football event
The CCE are my backup team after Galactic failed to qualify. It was touch-and-go for a while, but it's paying off now.

I've adopted the Raspberry Racers as my second team, because I love raspberries. Still, (sheds a tear for the wisps)

We're down to the last two events and we still have no idea what the podium will look like, it's exciting!
Whil Rasperry Racers have a comfortable lead with 10 points (though not that comfortable given what happened to Momo...) the 2nd to 7th position are only separated by 8 points, they all have a chance!
Also big congrats on CCE comeback these past two events.

It's crazy how close it is! If even the Orangers get the next gold, they could theoretically slide into 3rd place! (Though if the Limers got a gold, they would ... not move at all!)
@@jlilley73 Totally crazy! 13th place O'rangers are closer to 2nd place Mellow Yellow than 14th place Limers! ML2021 is set up for an incredible finish with the top 13 teams packed together. Still tough for the O'rangers to pass 12 teams in 2 events, especially with their pattern (5 of 6 times, I counted) of advancing in the first heat and then doing poorly in the next. But we can dream.
Top 13 still have a chance to win win given the right circumstances
So incredibly happy for Blue Eye here. Love to see that he's been able to but the DQ (which should still really be reviewed) behind him. Winning gold today was absolutely huge!! Let's go CCE!

Did blue eye's win made me cry? Yes. Am I embarrassed of it? HELL NO. HE MADE ME PROUD
I wasn’t too sure about Blue Eye being selected for this race, I don’t think he has the pace of marbles like Yellow or Red, but his strategy was masterful in the gold medal race. He’s won me over.
Let’s go Cats Eyes! Two more rounds to claw it back.
Red Eye and Yellow Eye are masters of the track, while Blue Eye has now proved himself a rally star, knowing exactly when to step on the pressure and keeping it clean while in the lead. This bodes well for the CCE's racing ambitions!

The ONLY thing that could've made this better would've been The Hazers on the podium. This had to have been my favorite race of the season and that ending was EPIC!
the hazers are victims of their past success. you have to practice every day, not think you can just show up and win. hope they get back on track, but doubtful this season.
With 3 events left it will be hard for us to make a comeback, but the Hazers have proven to do this time and time again! We're in 7th now, but we're just 4 points away from 3rd. In fact the current holders of 3rd to 7th place are just have a few points in between them or they're essentially tied. Meaning that if we can get another podium by the end of the season the Hazers might just amaze us once again! #HAZEAMAZE

Used to be a huge Galactic fan, up until I first saw the Raspberry Racers compete in the 2018 winter marble league and haven't stopped rooting for them since, always so consistent, you know they have good heads on their shoulders and a great coach to keep them in check. #RaspberryRobust

I hate to say it but I think it's time for Momomomo to retire. He came back strong after his injury but these events are punishing and a marble can only take so much. He's clearly in the twilight of his career and I'm afraid if he continues to push it he'll just get hurt again, all while dragging his team down with him. Maybe it's time to take up a managerial or coaching role and leave competing to the younger marbles.
@@jasonh6312 I agree, and I'm a CCE fan. However, Momomomo is pushing themselves too hard. Maybe step back and rest for a season rather than retire. But they need to relax a bit.
Back to back last place finishes drops us out of the Top 3. We're now tied with the Savage Speeders in terms of points. But IDK why they're listed higher when Team Momo has more medals.
Flip your perspective. Momo has always been mediocre, so them actually having a chance to win the League is a cause for celebration.

technically because of steeplechase we should be level on points with the speeders and in fifth on countback, but we're still only 15 points behind the championship lead. if thunder had maintained that early positioning through to the end of the final, we'd be in second. this is insane and i am genuinely stressed about football and marblocross now.
Thunder had a great move that gained three critical spots in the prelim (3:55), and had a good start in the final but soon fell far back. Holding on for the fourth spot in the prelim probably took too much out of him, and just didn't have enough left for the tactic of trying to outpace the field from the start to work.
I knew Team MoMo's rank are gonna drop but i didn't expect they will fall out from top 3
And what a comeback from CCE, jump up 10 place in just 2 events

Honestly after the last 2 events it was predictalbe. To tell the truth I didn't even watch this video. I just scrolled till the league table because I knew Momo will be the last.

YOOOOOOOOOO CCE WHAT A COMEBACK!!!!
Like many here, after the first 10 events, I was beginning to think CCE was just going through the motions, and saving itself for Marbula One. But, instead, they have girded their marble loins, redoubled their effort, taken stock of themselves, and looked inside at the weird little sliver they each possess and that puts the eyes in crazy cats marbles since the dawn of time, and found their hearts. Even if they finish off the podium when the curtain falls on this year's Marble League, they have renewed my faith in in the team and their indomitable spirit.
And, yes, I know they are inanimate objects, that possess none of the characteristics I've attributed to them, and driven not by pride or sheer will but, instead, almost entirely by gravity with a large measure of dumb luck.
But still, they are my team, and I own two t-shirts emblazoned with CCE colors to let the world know that, when it comes to cheering on inanimate objects doing athletic battle against other inanimate objects, I shall forever be a Crazy Cats Eye man!
The O'Rangers finish is even worse once you realize their qualifying time still would've left them in last place among the finalists

About time for some new leadership for the Rojo Rollers. While sand events aren't our strong suit (just look at what happened in triathlon), it's so sad to see us place near the bottom in all the events recently.
Agreed, as nice as it was to actually be in the Marble league games again its still not enough for us to just sit bottom. hopefully we have a brighter future ahead!

The first ever Marble League, in 2016, was literally decided at the final heat of the final event, with 3 candidates to win it all. We're about to see something similar in a week or so.

This is probably the best Marble League yet. I’ve never seen it this close. Third through seventh place is separated by four points, the third and fourth place teams have four combined medals. It’s been incredibly close- anyone’s chance really. Despite the fact my Oceanics didn’t qualify.
Why do I have this ominous feeling that with but two events left, the Speeders are forming a team circle, looking each other in the eye and saying, "OK, now..."
Never count out the Speeders. Everyone learnt this lesson last year, probably why the competition is so much stronger this year. After the Speeders double success in 2020 everyone probably trained far far harder then before to match them, and these are the results.
Finally, we now have worthy opponents! Our battles will be legendary!
Yeah these are some nervous times. But just gotta hold strong and prevent the Speeders from a podium next round, and we might be safe from a Speeders win.

Hazer's seriously do terribly on sand. They managed okay at the triathlon, but only because they do well in water. no sand at the next event, so there's still hope

What a day to be a CCE fan!! The hosts' curse is very real, but Blue Eye making us proud with a great victory, inspired by Yellow Eye and Red Eye's dominance in the Marbula One!

After leading the standings Team Momo's last place finish in the past 2 events might be a case of counting your chickens before they are hatched. Time is running out to turn this around.

That finals finish was epic! 4 fighting literally with two diving through the air just to get that result
That final heat was one of the most hype events yet. Those marbles were going HARD. Thought we were about to have 3-4 DNFs on one of those curves.
This was a very well made course. Lots of overtaking, lots of almost dnfs, fast sections, slow sections. Besides watching the Rollers suck as usual it was it was a great event
I like this Marble League, 14 events in and there are still 13 teams who can potentially take top 3 spot.
So exciting. Some grit and hustle from Blue Eye to stay in the running in the heat... and the same qualities paying off in the final. We all know what Red Eye and Yellow Eye are capable of. Blue Eye starting to win some respect too!
What a great finale from Alpine.
Got the right line to defend against Velocity and Razzy, and even got the speed left to catch Shimmer in the Photo-finish!

There's so much to say about this event, but the battle between Chocolatiers, Minty Maniacs, and Thunderbolts in the first heat was actually insane.
Those were 3 phenomenal races. All of them came down to the wire! Blue Eye made an incredible pass right before the finish line to just qualify. Just abt gave me a heart attack 😅
Yay, CCE FINALLY got another gold! They rocked it during this event!
Props to the commentry - Always nice to hear about all the teams placing and movement even if the team is not doing well! Every one has their team to follow!

It has been tough watching CCE perform like they have in our home ground and though I fear it's too late to make much of a difference the last two events have reminded me why I'm a cat's fan!

I would be in favor of an Olympics-style qualification. Where in a 2-heat semi-final, it's the top 3 finishers from each heat are guaranteed, and then the next 2 fastest times. So if one heat is faster it would send 5 representatives.
Remember this is an outdoor event, and course conditions can change from race to race. Increased wind speed, track drying out etc - it's never the same course for both heats

After today's performance/redemption by Blue Eye, I can say that the Crazy Cat's Eyes have competed beyond my expectations. Two gold medals is nothing to bat an eye at, and even if they don't podium I say they've broken the host's curse. Good show, you freaky felines!
Sad that the Hazers didn’t their best but at least Gliding Glaciers pulled out a second place

That comeback from the Gliding Glaciers was insane! When they showed the photo finish picture and I saw that Alpine came in clutch at the last moment to take 2nd I almost started crying 😭😭😭

GO BLUE EYE! Those were some exhilarating races, and back to back medals for CCE after such a long drought is awesome! While I'm stoked to be in third, only 4 points separate 3rd from 7th so it's not at all a solid spot yet!
I feel like this race is a microcosm of how the CCEs are running the ML this year (fingers crossed), cruising consistently until they get their pace and then sprint to the finish. And look at how beautiful blue eye looks on that sprint, almost as if he's teleporting in and out of the sand track. #eyesontheprize

Absolutely fantastic final!!! Congrats to CCE marble, Blue Eye, for the Gold medal! And What a finish! I had to wait for the photo finish to see the final standing!!!! Absolutely epic race!

Just discovered this channel and binged the whole 14 events up to now. I chose to support the Shining Swarm and Orangers. Not even stoned but enjoying this more than most sports.

It's not a medal, but at least we're just two points behind third place! #speediskey Velocity did very well in the heat, but messed up the last part of the final, it could have been an easy win. Though I don't blame him, he should have been tired!
