Granddaughter of the great Frank Frazetta, talks about his art and fantasy stuff all the time, tells interesting behind the scenes stories of Frank's life, is the face of Frazetta Girls, and also happens to be gorgeous...how can one not have a massive crush on Sara? Seriously. 10 out of 10.
Hypnotized by your beauty and voice, I forgot about my troubles for a few moments. Suddenly, I was, once again immersed into another world perhaps, created by Edgar Rice Burroughs in a paperback with a cover by Frazetta! Peace be with you!
I remember my father renting this movie on VHS, in my early teens. I was another huge Frazetta fan and being blown away at how much this met expectations.
Watched this on your recommendation and was absolutely floored. What a movie. (It streams in high def on Amazon.) Totally authentic adult performances, definitely not a "kid's" movie by traditional standards, but definitely for kids with a great imagination. Thanks.
Hey! It's Sara..good to see you again, even if only on screen. Glad that you are still keeping Frazetta Girls alive and growing. Hope all is well with mom and spanky too!
It is ok for a little embellishments here and there (music scores, graphical tools, storytelling wizardry), and go on to some interesting tangents. It is the perspective of the characters, and it is all interesting. What a wonderful initiative. Thank you, @Frazetta Girls (Is there some emotion behind Dark wolf? Are there unexplored family ties? Can't wait to find out.)
I was probably 10-11 years old when I first saw the movie Conan the Barbarian and Bakshi LOTR. Since then, the Sword and Sorcery genre has interested me. Now i am almost 50 and i still watch fire and ice movie, and I have Frazetta Girls-prints decorating my wall.
Then don't miss "Circle of Iron"...AKA "The Silent Flute". Awesome movie from that genre and era that nobody has ever heard of. Written by Bruce Lee, sorta.
Sara, don’t ever change your look. Your hair is very “she-wolf” just like the Frazetta artwork. It’s fantastic. Lol. I really enjoy the stuff you are doing. Keep going. 👍
How do I get my grubby frazetta hungry hands on this ? Oops you just told me Thank you so much for doing what your doing your grandfather was the biggest reason I began doing this style of art back in the mid 70s . To this day I still get my inks out at the age of 61 and have some fun with my 8yr old granddaughter. ❤
Bill Sienkiewicz always reminds me of Frank Frazetta. Something in the style that brings out the roughness of the characters. Boris Vallejo brings out the figure. Frazetta brings out the character.
Hi Sara, I’ve been enjoying Fire and Ice so far and I appreciate you sharing about the irregular release schedule. Question: I had preordered issue 3 through Amazon, but about a month ago it was cancelled. I was slightly at a loss as to why. But, now I see that issue three looks like it might be released May 22nd per some online comic sites. Is this correct? If so are the digital versions still going to be available? Take care. Thanks
Hi, of course! I felt like it was long overdue to address it. Sorry for the wait on that. I will follow up with Dynamite about this. I know we are VERY close to having issue 3 completed so it's very possible that is the new date. They may offer it again through Amazon once we have the official date announced. Sorry for the trouble.
Aloha from the Big Island!!! Love Fire and Ice and it made a huge impression on my early years. Hey, what happened to Rodriquez’s live action adaption?
The studio behind the adaption got cold feet and didn't want to finance it because of the subject matter. Such a shame. Hopefully we are getting past that time in Hollywood.
@@FrazettaGirls that was my fear… with societal changes afoot it was hard to imagine him getting the creative vision necessary to do it justice. Luckily we have you and your team to preserve and promote the work. Aloha!
Actually still have my VHS of Fire and Ice. Too afraid to put it in a player these days. Last movie I put in got chewed. Its one of a few movies I still had on VHS and not DVD. I have his Lord of the Rings on DVD.

I know what you mean-Sara is quite fetching.
Totally agree!!! Her animation while storytelling is FANTASTIC and Sara is most definitely a Frazetta yummy.

No matter how long it takes, I'm invested 'til the end. Love the Fire and Ice franchise..thanks for keeping it alive--Teegra was a great book too!
So glad you enjoyed the Teegra book! I thought it was very Disney-esque. Sort of like Teegra meets Mulan.

I love the comic and am happy to wait.
Great video!
The art is well worth the wait.
Thank you for understanding.
Such a great idea to take your time with the art. Great comics simply need time to make them great! 👍
You would know, Dan! :)
These look really good!! ⚔🗡🐎💃👹
Thank you! The team is full of talent! I'll pass on the love to them.
Good for you! Quality takes time.
Will it be available as a paperback volume eventually? :D
Very cool comic book for a prequel of fire and ice well I'd like to see a sequel after necron was killed.
Oh yeah!
Love it!
Thanks for your support, Kevin!

I had no idea about this comic😮😊
We have no comic book store in are small city or anywhere near.
Very much appreciated update, Sarah. Any chance of an animated Prequel or Sequel being released?
We are working at it. ;)
Willingham also did some of the great artwork in old-school D&D books and modules.
He did! OH I should have mentioned that. Glad you commented here :)
