As per plugin query, through our Points and Rewards plugin’s Membership feature, you can assign the membership levels to your customers (e.g. level1, Level 2) on the basis of points they have earned. Moreover, you can also assign the expiration date of that membership plan.
For example :
If a customer has 20 points and the admin has set the limit of 20 points to get eligible for a particular membership level , so the customer can be assigned with level 1 member as he has 20 points. Here, the customer will have to select the membership plan in accordance with the points. He can also upgrade the membership level manually after spending the points to get the level 2 membership. This is how you can assign different membership levels to your customers based on the points they have earned.

As per your plugin query, for your first query: firstly you need to set up the user registration from WooCommerce settings.
For this, go the WooCommerce->Settings and click on the Accounts & Privacy tab. Then, check on the Allow customers to create an account during checkout option and Save Changes. Next, go to User Registration → Settings and click on the WooCommerce tab.
By which the user will be able to enter email id instead of phone number and when you have activated the Coupon Referral program plugin. Then it will be mandatory for the user to enter the email id in order to sign up and then he can send the referral link to another user with the help of email and social sharing options.
Users will not be able to signup with a Phone numbers.

As per your plugin there can be 2 criteria for referral not showing in the options:
1. You have not enabled the Coupon Referral Program
2. Secondly you will not be able to get referral link or referral link will not work if your are logged in with same user id i.e. admin id
For better understanding , let’s take an example:
