  • After overheating the car almost two years ago before leaving on deployment a week later I have finally dedicated time to the old girl and breathed life back to her heart in the form of forged internals, completely new fuel system and lots of time and focus doing everything by the service manual.

    -2.0 4G63T swap
    -Manley "Turbo tuff" I-beam
    -Wiseco 8.3:1 non-HD
    -FP 68HTA turbo
    -Ported 1G head
    -stock cams (for now)
    -All ARP hardware (head, block, rods)
    -all ACL tri metal race bearings
    -Wally 255 + -6 hose and AN lines to and from tank
    -Fuel Lab FPR and filter
    -550cc inj for break in
    -ACT street light F/W, street disc and 2600lb PP
    -FMIC
    -ECMlink V3lite + SD
    - Evo 3 manifold and O2 pipe
    -Megan 3" DP and 3" straight side exit exhaust

    Please make another longer video,or make a review about it.i love this car.got the 1991 glx.

      I will but I'm deployed at the moment. When I get back I'm going to make a much longer video. She's running perfect now and has a couple more mods till she can get on the dyno. Very exciting stuff.

      she's absolutely perfect.is that a real GSR/modified?cause i want some parts for mine.

      +Edsel Serento it is a stock 91 USDM Mirage converted to the GSR/GTI body and has Evo 9 interior. It's hard enough to find the parts but this car is 2 owners and 7 years worth of progress.
