The hack squat part was like having a little devil and angel on your shoulders. But in this case its 2 devils yelling "Slow, Control, Slow, Control, Slow, Pause, Up, Up, Up" into your ears repeatedly. Jordan definitely felt that one.
What I want is a compellation video of all the people that do a leg workout with you 48 hours after. I want to watch them fail at everyday tasks because you guys wrecked their legs.

He's very lean, his cardio is probably marginally taxed by this stuff. It's why so many endurance athletes tend to adapt to bodybuilding so well when they switch over vs. a novice with no fitness background.
The average person will benefit more from increased cardiovascular endurance than increased absolute strength. By no means am I suggesting you shouldn’t weight train, being bigger and stronger is great, but realistically in everyday life unless you work in construction or a warehouse, you’ll rarely ever have a task requiring more than like 50 pounds of force

I might only have a home gym but I have 3 Atlantis pieces in my Set-up. An Atlantis Pull down, leg extension and Leg curl. I ordered all new pads from them. great prices as they sell it cheaper than I could even get a leather guy to redo them plus they came embossed :) Love Atlantis
I bought a leg press/hack squat machine and I can’t believe how much the hack squat destroys my quads. I haven’t found an exercise that destroys them better (for me) out there. My quad exercises each week include: leg press, squats, leg extensions, and hack squat. Hack squat is the best to destroy them by far.
I would love to put myself through one of these workouts. I feel like I’ve learned a ton from the free content, but fresh eyes on experienced and smart lifters are so valuable.

my old football coach/ weight training coach always said you know you did your leg workout right if you have trouble getting off the shitter the next day.
The gym I work out at is mostly Atlantis equipment some of it is a little older but it all works phenomenally well, the hack squat, leg press, hamstring curl are all great

My old gym had a Bulgarian machine, but not as nice as this one. Nobody knew what it was, and mostly guys just used it for shrugs.

I had an ACL tear so my quads are unbalanced so I'm doing a lot of iso leg work and the Bulgarian machine is an absolute godsend
