I just made a version of this with Papaya instead and it was outrageously good ! This is such a great base recipe! I had to use other herbs too because my supermarket has nothing? It's easy to modify! Anyway here's what I used: papaya, 1/2 avocado, pistachio nuts, fresh basil, fresh parsley, a garlic clove, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup coconut water. TASTES GOOD.

I got home and had a bowl of fruit for dinner, but was still hungry. Found your channel just by luck and saw this video and gave it a whirl (also giving me an excuse to give my new spiralizer its first real recipe!) and it's so amazing! I only had zucchini and carrot for the noodles, and I did not have watercress, but even without those ingredients, this dinner was fabulous. I made enough to pack for lunch at work tomorrow and I look forward to making this recipe (with the full ingredients) many times over in the future :) Sincere thanks, this is giving me the boost of confidence to really bite the bullet and really work towards going fully raw!!
for all those saying pasta should be boiled ect. it's like you never read "fully raw" she's saying pasta so that people know what it's supposed to mimic. look at her other recipes is the same thing it always says "fully raw something" to let you know that it's a fully raw version of that food. side note: KB this looks delish!!! as soon as I recover from this flu I'm gonna try this recipe out right now I can only take in liquids but I'm ready for this dish!

I was hoping that maybe you could do a pre- and post-workout raw meal/snack idea video! It's tough to decide what to eat for optimal recovery after a hard workout. My blood sugar is usually low and I crave mangoes most of the time.
There is something about avocado. I cannot get enough of them. In Miami, we have the greatest avocados. Some are so big and smooth. They make a great dessert.
Hey, I love florida avocados. Anyway, I have never made avocado ice cream, but have made raw avocado mousse. I do not remember the recipe, but it was majorly delicious. Since I used florida avocados, they are large so I only needed to use about two.

I spiralized a bunch of beets, squash and carrots and made the dressing just like you said, but I added the juice of two limes, and wow is this stuff good! Hello FRC! I'M SO EXCITED to share with you my vegghetti dish! I didn't get the spiralizer, so I used the shredder blade on my food processor. I also didn't find a few of the ingredients, so I used what I did get. My end result does taste pretty good. I'm excited to prepare it again soon with all ingredients!
